They forgot our bread sticks then we got food poisoning right after eating… Don’t order from here.

Ordered XL pizza and Chipotle cheddar steak panuzzo sandwich tonight. Pizza was good, however the steak panuzzo had no steak in it. The price of gas and the time it would take me to drive back for a refund just isn't worth it. No quality control anymore. As a life long Toppers customer it is a shame to see it fall to this level of quality. I wasted my money getting a sandwich that wasn't even close to advertised.

Pretty disappointed to have paid for this mess. We dont order out a lot, and when we do and get a pizza that was clearly dropped. Doesn't make me want to come back.

The other food was good enough, but to be delivered a dropped pizza... super disappointing. Would not recommend.

I am a regular customer at Toppers Pizza on King Street, but after what happened, I don’t think I will ever go back. About a week ago, I ordered jalapeño cheesy sticks from an employee named NIKHIL THOMAS. While he was preparing my order, I saw with my own eyes that he used the same pizza cutter for a pepperoni bacon pizza and then for my cheesy sticks. I eat pure veg, so I asked him nicely why he didn’t use the veggie cutter. He just said, “I forgot, I wasn’t paying attention.” I told him to please be careful next time.

When I got home, I found a small piece of bacon in my food. I had to throw everything in the trash. I was very upset but I decided to give them another chance.

Today, I went back and again it was the same employee. I politely reminded him about what happened last time and asked him to please make my cheesy sticks carefully and use the veggie cutter. Instead of helping, he told me they can’t do that, and that if I want a veggie cutter I should say it every time. Then he told me, “You can eat from Pizza Pizza or Domino’s, nobody is forcing you to come to Toppers.”

I couldn’t believe what I heard.

This is not how you treat customers, especially someone who buys from you regularly and simply asks for clean, veg-only preparation. Instead of caring about food safety or respecting dietary needs, he basically told me to go somewhere else.

This was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I felt hurt and insulted. An employee should increase business, not tell customers to go to another pizza shop.

If needed, I will raise this matter with Food Safety and the Regional Manager, because mixing non-veg with veg is a serious issue.

Very disappointed and I do not recommend this Toppers location to anyone who eats vegetarian.

Absolutely never ordering again. I ordered 2 folded sandwiches (panuzzo?) Can't recall how to spell it? But I took 2 bites of my steak/Chipotle and my bro had meatball one so drowned in sauce it was disgusting. I tipped the driver almost $15 . He never made my food. But was very cool & respectful. But the food was pathetic. $60 with the tip. We through it out. The potatoe skins were dried out. Terrible experience

Great service . Staff helped me to explore different options for pizza and price.

The amount of times staff can't read a sheet of paper. The recipe pizza i order is thin crust. Due to health issues I can't eat the thing crust.. Anyway I change or make a comment about not having the normal thin crust, it shows up 90% thin and I throw away 30 bucks. Ridiculous. Wasted hundreds and countless time. Completely over it for a simple read. Toppers read your orders. So sad.

I always go for the bread sticks. It's a hit or miss and lately it's a miss. They don't make them like they use to.

Ordered a pizza there for lunch almost 2 weeks ago got severely sick by 4 o’clock in the afternoon puking and in the bathroom for the whole night.

The pizza was the only thing I ate that day, and I could not eat anything else until the next day.

I called the customer service line asked for the manager to call me back or the owner and has almost been two weeks now no word from them not impressed.
