Makayla served me at my last visit and was so helpful and cheery when answering all my burger questions. She got pretty busy while I was there and still managed to stay on top of my needs, and her large table of 8-10 that walked in. I always enjoy The Townehouse and looking forward to my next visit and hopefully being served by Makayla again! 💯

The worst costumer service we ever had.
I’ve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant not once, but twice now. On both visits, the service was extremely poor. The staff didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t greet us, and completely ignored our presence—even when we tried to get their attention. We waited patiently, but it felt like we were invisible.
It’s really frustrating to walk into a place expecting a decent dining experience and leave without even being served. Sadly, this seems to be a pattern here. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service.

ordered a burger with a side upgraded to onion rings, wife did the same but opted for a poutine..poutine arrived without gravy burger without sauce and apparently four dollar union ring upgrade is good for five rings. place used to be on the ball but this is the third time in a row there’s been an issue…they make a decent burger but three strikes you’re out..
