The worst costumer service we ever had.
I’ve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant not once, but twice now. On both visits, the service was extremely poor. The staff didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t greet us, and completely ignored our presence—even when we tried to get their attention. We waited patiently, but it felt like we were invisible.
It’s really frustrating to walk into a place expecting a decent dining experience and leave without even being served. Sadly, this seems to be a pattern here. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service.

ordered a burger with a side upgraded to onion rings, wife did the same but opted for a poutine..poutine arrived without gravy burger without sauce and apparently four dollar union ring upgrade is good for five rings. place used to be on the ball but this is the third time in a row there’s been an issue…they make a decent burger but three strikes you’re out..

Every time I order from here they mess something up. This time they forgot a whole entire meal. Imagine being the only one without food when everyone else is eating.

Always a great experience at the Townehouse. Food is great and for the most part the service is always friendly and fast. Great place to spend a Friday or weekend night watching some bands and hanging out with friends.

My friends and I spent the day in suds and we were looking for a cool pub, and damn is this place cool asf. They have an amazing selection of beers on tap, as well as great burgers. Pool is a plus for me, but they also had foosball and a pinball machine as well. I would definitely come back to see some of the local metal and punk bands.

I got oinio rings as a side which was $3 up charge I got 6 onions I personally feel this is an unacceptably low amount

Trash atmosphere typical of old taverns. Probably one of the best Burgers I've eaten in my life... wow with excellent fries. A nice surprise.
