New Trevi Restaurant

Slow expensive and cold by the window in the winter, new years was crazy and didn’t even service us the way we wanted

I was their on November 29 2025 ,we went and got 2 tickets for the New Year's eve party, then we sat at a table to get something to eat we waited 15 minutes ,I am looking at 2 waitress standing at the bar talking, no one would come and see us ,then I made it obvious ya we are here, then one decied to come ans ask if we were serve we said no , then she goes and get a menu and left we waited other 15 minutes too be serve , we order chicken fingers and fried ,gravy ,it was discussing, the chicken was dry, the fries were cold ,the gravy had some peace of flour it was discussing, we payed 29.38 for this discussing food . I wish I would of eat before I got my ticket hope the food will be better never I will eat their again ,very bad service

A great afternoon for a really great cause until the end when a waitress chased a patron out to the parking lot in front of kids screaming at and calling her profanities. Seriously not okay and needs to be dealt with immediately. I hope next time I come to this establishment I do not see her here.

Had an amazing time, it was my first time playing porketta bingo and thought it was a great experience, until we were leaving and one of the servers came out and started yelling and swearing at a customer in front of all the other customers. I realize there may have been an issue but do you really have to chase a customer out of the restaurant and yell and scream in front of all your customers and swear in front of kids?

We had our Christmas dinner for 60 of our employees , Maurice and his team did a great job , the service was great the buffet prepared for us was excellent and the evening karaoke was fun thank you for making it a great evening

Blonde bartender was very ignorant, poor customer service. And assumed my $7 was her tip and never made eye contact.. she crumpled my receipt and put the change in her tip jar. Very disappointing.

We attended for a fundraiser event and had a great time. Staff were so nice and the food was great and came out very quickly.

After being extremely disappointed with another local establishment, my friends and I came to the Trevi for a few drinks. We were not disappointed. The bartenders knew how to make delicious mixed drinks. The crowd is a wide range of younger to older. We arrived on karaoke night. Its an adventure! But some of the regulars were really good. For the number of people in the bar I think one more server would have sold even more drinks. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending this place.

Table was filthy. A chewed up lemon rolled out of a tent card. Lack of service . If you want tips and higher sales, have a waitress stop by. Waited almost 20 minutes to get served. One guest went up to get a rag to wipe down our table.
Due to strike they were out of a lot of liquor. But at least suggest something ....return trip ...highly unlikely.
