Was the best bar to hangout Downtown… staff actually made you feel welcome and safe and actually cared about good service not just money! Real shame The City decided to get rid of it. They want more people Downtown but then get rid of the best hangout sopt??????

Went here with my partner - seated us at a table with a broken leg, moved us to a booth (which was nice of them). Our booth that we sat at reeked like urine. The server at our booth took almost 20 minutes to even come serve us, by this time we had our whole meal decided already. Once we placed our WHOLE order after 20 minutes the drink took an extra 15 minutes to come out. Water with no ice as well?? Food was pretty on time BUT then we were given no utensils and food was ICE cold - server told us she would be right back to bring us cutlery, it took another 30 minutes of waiting for forks. Which we never even ended up getting - we paid for our drinks and our appetizer that we ate. We spent $25 out of generosity considering we consumed our drinks and appetizer - but worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server was very disorganized, restaurant was NOT sanitary by any means.
Cherry on top - manager told us he would bring us to go boxes for our meals which he “gave” us for free as an apology….. But never came back with to go boxes after 10 minutes.

Thank God this place is getting torn down! I went tonight to take some family to dinner, our food felt like they just pulled it out of the freezer that's how cold it was when it got to our table we didn't get our appetizers we ordered. Then to try to enjoy the rest of our night we went to play games at the arcade and there's 3 kids running around going behind the machines, parents are no where in sight then when I'm playing air hockey one of the little brats crawls under the table and unplugged it, so overall terrible experience so I'm quite glad the city is going to level the place

Horrible food hygiene as of lately. Used to be a good spot to have wings with plenty of options and really friendly staff. Went there last night ordered 2 meals with 12 wings a side and a drink. The food shows up both my fries and my husband’s were stone cold and they go to remake them and bring them back within 5 minutes which was great. Then we noticed a hair in my husband’s fries that they remade and there was a hair in my wings! Will not be coming back to this restaurant anymore. Please get your staff to wear hair nets this isn’t acceptable black long curly hairs in both of our meals..

You can tell that this place is about to close. Horrible experience between being served drinks in dirty glasses, the kitchen cutting corners and serving dime size pieces of chicken that are supposed to be boneless wings, and cold and overcooked on top of that, and management who thinks they are in the right. Just awful. I miss Wacky's when it was in its prime.
Absolutely brutal experience. Food was room temperature, burgers were missing half the toppings, no one came to check on us so we could ask about toppings and more drinks, all empty appetizer plates were left on the table. To top it all off 3 of 4 toilets in the womens bathroom were blocked and the mens toilet had an empty ripped open bag of deugs on the back of the toilet and cocaine residue on both toilet paper holders. Could not imagine a worse atmosphere or staff that care less. Can NOT recommend.
