It was our first time here. We opted to try their one-topping special; pepperoni. Extremely disappointing and certainly feeling ripped-off for $17.99. What we hoped to be a great pizza left us with a bitterness our mouthes.
While the crust itself was decent, there was hardly any cheese (it was burnt because of the thinness of the layer). The pepperoni was extremely skimpy, hardly any to be found. It was an experience of eating thick bread with tomato sauce, burnt cheese and hardly any pepperoni.
Overall, a very dissatisfying experience.

I am temporarily in Sunderland and called and ordered my first oven baked panzo. I was a little nervous because I do like them deep fried. Well… the lady that took my order said yes we will delver and yes you will enjoy it… and it was the best oven baked panzo I have ever had… despite it being my first oven baked panzo…. I would definitely recommend the Sunderland location be beware… it is in my case a panzo for 2… 👍👍👍

First time having a bad experience. I was gracious throughout but the situation should have been handled differently. My order for delivery was 1 hour late. I called twice to get an update at the 30mins and 1hr mark after the ETA. I was offered debit or cash when I ordered. I said I will pay with a $50 bill if the driver can have change. The lady who took my order said OK. When my pizza arrived an hour late, the driver was not supplied with any change and so I just gave him the $50 bill and said no worries I will call and see if they can put a credit on my account. When I called, the girl told me the driver would come back and bring me my change. When the driver arrived, I was met with slight annoyance - saying he “didn’t know I was going to call the store multiple times” and that I “called to talk to his boss”. I called once to ask for a credit, not to send a driver back in the snow for $12 change - that was the managements decision. I never spoke to a manager - I spoke to the girl who answered the phone who said she would ask her manager for what to do about the credit. I was polite, understanding, and apologetic for an unfortunate situation that I did all I could as a customer to avoid. I wouldn’t direct that energy to the customer.

SPOILED MEAT!! My fiancé and I went here earlier today, ordered a large pizza and garlic bread. The only difference between her and I is her half of the pizza was cheese, mine was meat lovers. She was completely fine, though admitted it wasn’t great, I spent all evening feeling like garbage before puking my guts up after 8 miserable hours. We will not be back
Delicious pizza omg. Myself and my two friends were just passing through town and we ordered just the medium cheese pizza to go, some dips, and a drink each. The total came out to just about $16 for all of us! A steal!!
The pizza was soooooo good too. They really don’t skimp on the cheese! The dip was good too. And the portion was perfect for all of us, we even had a slice to spare after :)
Service was also great! The women who made our pizza was lovely and it took less than 15 minutes to get our order ready for us to eat in the store.
Overall, highly recommend checking out Crusty Pizza if you’re looking for a quick and delicious lunch. You won’t be disappointed!

For 2 years we have been eating Pizza from Crusty Pizza in Sunderland. STOP the BuS …. Back up if you drive through Sunderland and not been to Crusty Pizza!! The new menu on electronic boards is easy to see and order from. The Service, Food & prices are outstanding!! Don’t forget to call ahead and place your order, especially on a Friday night when this Pizza place is busy busy busy! They have a delivery service too for your convenience . Call now!!

Crusty's is probably as reliable as it gets for pizza these days. Always solid amount of toppings, will follow special directions, and no heartburn or gas like most chain pizza joints. Atmosphere is amazing cause I like my house, I'm sure the storefront is great as well.
