The owner Tracy is very personable. The food is so tasty ..if you get one of her sandwiches I recommend her pesto mayo and the Dirty Chia Latte with expresso shot is my favorite.

Great spot for a coffee or quick bit. Very kind and nice folks at the counter, always super helpful. Food is delicious, have had a sandwich and a wrap there, both pretty good. The coffee and other drinks are also great. Definitely a gem in Sunderland, hands down one of the best spots in the area.

I am new to town. My cousin came to visit, and we popped into here for lunch. We were both so pleasantly shocked at how wonderful the staff, environment and most notably how great the food was. Prices were very reasonable. Can't wait to come back again soon.

Great spot, no bigbox coffee shops in Sunderland, so this place was absolutely outstanding. Great coffee, didnt try anything else. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, baked goods were looking fresh and ready to go. Seriously comfortable sitting areas, great spot for a tea coffee snack and a good book or a chat with a friend. Highly recommend stopping in, if youre in the area.

Looks like a really nice place but it’s never open! Hours posted are suggested only, so be ready with a plan B (hint - there is no plan B because it’s the only coffee within 10km).

Why have A business that closes at 2 o'clock when everything in this town closes at 5 pointless.

Great cafe in an old butcher shop.
Nice atmosphere and a lot to look at.
The bagels and iced coffee were great too.
Nice stopover on the way to Toronto.
We recommend.
By the way, nice staff too.

Parking: There is usually enough space in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors, with one help it should work.
