This used to be my favourite pizza place ever. Although it’s always been kind of not the cleanest. The slices look like they’ve been sitting there for three days. The price of two slices was 17 something, You can literally get a whole pizza for that. The slice also made me feel very sick after and I only had a couple bites because my boyfriend was very hungry I decided to get one of the slices after hearing the price. never again while I eat here, $10 for one slice and a dipping sauce is crazy for pizza that is mediocre at best. The guy working also tried to tell me that’s been the price for years, I haven’t been there in a couple months but no it hasn’t or I would have stopped going there years ago.

One of our last straws for ordering was Last year when we order 6 large pizzas for our community event and they didn't get to us till 2 hours after they were cooked. So we stopped ordering but would come in for a slice now and then. Tonight my nephew requested 241 pizza for his grad pizza party, so I ordered for him and guess what a half an hour later my husband went to pick up and no pizza's. The person taking over said there were no orders to be carried over. The girl had left without telling him. Just sad!!

Pizza was made wrong with spicy chicken on the full pizza. They wouldn’t replace the pizza unless it wasnt eaten. Except one of my kid already ate the other pizza. Will not refund one pizza or give any credit. The service center is one women Patty with a very aggressive attitude. I can see why this pizza chain didn’t grow in the past 30 years. Better to stick to Dominos or anything else. Don’t waste your money here if a mistake is made your loss.

There was a large Caucasian lady that took my order today at 2:00pm. She served a customer before us with a smile and became very shrill when speaking with us. Maybe because we’re coloured? I asked her what meat was on the pizza and she looked at me and said it’s a meat lovers. It’s important for employees to know the simple ingredients they sell. Some people have religious restrictions, and her disregard for others and other cultures is disgusting. Being in a small white populated town - please teach your staff how to interact with customers from ALL backgrounds. Because she refused to answer what meat is on a meat lovers pizza, I ended up with bacon which I don’t eat. Do better
