Third time I’ve gotten spoiled/rotten food. Restaurant is filthy. Takeout is the worse, always missing items or inedible items. Have tried to privately contact the company (in many forms) to resolve the issue. Have been intentionally ignored. Terrible customer service, unless from the one regular waitress for dine in (not sure her name but she’s great). She’s the only good thing about the place. However, the restaurant has a special touch, such as gifting roses to mothers on Mother's Day. The food is good, and the service is exceptional, with a warm and attentive server. Customers have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Avocado Toast Benedict, Beef Barbacoa Benedict, and Fresh Fruit Pancakes, which were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The freshness of the orange juice and the light and fluffy pancakes were particularly noteworthy.
