Went for lunch on 25 June. Super service - large portions. The chicken caesar salad roll was very good, as were the chips. The meat in the beef dip was too chewy. The dip was salty with no real flavour. We will be back to try other dishes.
I've been there four times now. Meals first two times were fantastic. Can't remember what me and my friend ordered. It was a while ago but it was good. Third time there we ordered the Simcoe burger. Fantastic. We were told then and this fourth time that the fish and chips were heavy on the batter. Thought we'd give them a go. The batter overwelms the fish, its over fried and the haddock is over done, flavorless and mushy. I love fish and chips but this did come...
Like you’re taking a trip to little Britain! Very cosy and welcoming restaurant, live music, reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?
