Don't recommend this place asked the man 3 times if they have banana splits like it shown in the pictures online says yea they do that then I get just 3 scoops of ice cream no banana nothing. Pretty upsetting I would have rather went to a different place

I found a hair in my ice cream and informed the staff. Instead of offering a replacement, he simply removed the hair and handed the same ice cream back to me. I was shocked by the lack of basic hygiene and customer service. Very disappointing experience. we are not going back there

Generous serving sizes for the price! We were pleasantly surprised to see they’ve partnered with Kawartha Dairy. The staff kindly directed us to a seating area where we could enjoy our ice cream. As a bonus, the shop had a lot of beautiful rugs next door for sale!
