The service is usually good in the Morning and early Afternoon, but, they seem to have an issue with running out of biscuts, but they still let you order a sandwich on a biscut on the app?

Just want to share a little story. At Dec 19th late afternoon, me and my gf were having drinks in this Tim Hortons. When we were about to leave, a very kind man with a red outfit came up to us and gave us these 2 lovely hand painted rocks as a gift. We really appreciated him but meanwhile we couldn't receive this very kindness for free, then we decided to come back with a box of chocolate as a return gift for this man. Unfortunately when we came back, this kind man was gone so we felt sorry for not being able to offer him this gift. To this man that I can't meet ever again, if you see this comment, we really appreciate you and your kindness😊. An Asian couple that you gave the rocks to.

Since when is it ok to have a menu that the location can't provide? 70% of the time they don't have what you order. If you are offering something on your menu it should be available. The Sutton location needs to get better at keeping things stocked and cooked. Very disappointing when you're looking forward to a breakfast sandwich and there are no scrambled eggs. I would expect that at 6:15am they would have breakfast products cooked and ready to go.
I ordered no tomatoes and extra mayo on my sandwich. I received a sandwich with tomato and no mayo. What, did they think the up charge was a donation and I didn’t actually mean it? Is it Opposite Day?
