What is going on with Tim Hortons??? They can't get basic simple orders right, then when the customer gets annoyed, they give attitude... I ordered a mocha ice coffee... And was charged over 5$ for an ice cap.... This is simple stuff... Maybe it's a language barrier, then ask to clarify... but if you decide to work in a country that is mostly English speaking, that should be a necessity when working in the service industry

This place has hard water or something. The coffee tasted off. Also ordered a well toasted everything bagel with lots of butter and cheddar. Recieved a burnt bagel and the cheese wasn't even close to melted. Regular amount of butter too. Very long wait for drive-thru on a Sunday morning

Went through the drive-thru today and the old lady taking the orders was extremely rude. I have never heard someone clearly hate their job more. The huffing and puffing and her distainful 'Yup' replies put me completely off. I literally stopped placing my order and didn't get everything I wanted because of her bad attitude. Seriously this lady should not be doing customer service.

I came here around 11:30am for a large double double. As I was ordering my coffee, the lady beside her already had it ready for me! Fresh and warm coffee. This is wayyy better than my local tim hortons in Niagara Region! You guys do amazing! Keep up the great work.
