This Tim Hortons is consistently out of the food they have on their menu and it blows my mind. I’m local and come to this location often. Can I get a wrap? We’re out of chicken. Can I get a different wrap? We’re out of rice. Can I get a bagel? We’re out of that kind of bagel. If you’re a restaurant you have to have the food you serve on the menu.

I’ve been coming to this Tim Horton periodically for 6 yrs - today was THEE worst experience. Had cashier tell me I couldn’t toast a cheese bagel , it would melt. ?? Ya that what I want. She misunderstood me thought I wanted tea biscuit( honestly I toast them too- guess she knows better right) so I move on to wait for sandwich … the employee argues with me about my other - apparently butter is extra for BOTH sides? Wtf is it just Sutton or is Timmy’s seriously charging extra for that ? And the sandwich advice that i didn’t ask for ??? Tim Hortons - there’s really nothing else I need from your corporate thievery. I’ll be going to Canadian Bagel and save myself the frustration. And Sutton TH … coffe time never looked so enticing.
