Three out of four staff took the opportunity to smile and say hi as they were continuing to serve me or complete another task. The fourth was busy doing something on an iPad. What an easy and friendly rapport between the staff. Efficient, too. ALL WHILE BEING PLEASANT. I left smiling and feeling great. Not a bad result from dropping in for a medium coffee and decaf tea. Thanks crew at 4:07 on Monday October 7, 2024 at Timmies in Tavistock! Hope your boss let's you know you got a shout out! Cheers!

I saw flies in their baked goods area......sitting over their donuts and timbits! My kids were very disappointed as I did not allow them to have any donuts and they had stopped making any more for the day as it was around 6:45pm

We just stopped in at your Tim Hortons on our way to Pinery. I always get a London Fog (half sweet) because I don’t like it too sweet. It can be hit and miss at best when I order, but your lovely server nailed it! It was just perfect! Thanks so much!

We walked out without buying anything because there were lots of flies all over the baked food.

Drive thru frequently messes up orders.
Croissants are always heated even if you specifically state more than once that you do not want it heated. I often receive either the wrong order entirely, or the wrong bagel or the right bagel with the wrong toppings.
Just now three of the four items we ordered were incorrect.
Frustrating.

EDIT: At the owner’s recommendation below, I emailed Timmie’s HQ. They wrote me to say they escalated it to the store owner. I’ve received no contact from them. Seem to be caught in the circle of fingerpointing.
PRIORITIZE ORDER ACCURACY: Today marks the fourth time that I have spoken to the manager about order accuracy. It’s actually a very simple problem. I ask for a tea, I often get a coffee. Simple, right? I started escalating to the manager because going through the drive-thru and having them replace it wasn’t fixing the larger issue. Most of the time I get a happy-go-lucky, tall very thin, very pleasant and apologetic manager. Today, I got someone else, a surly, stouter shorter man. He came from the back and said, “Are you the one that wanted to speak to a manager?” No greeting, no introduction. I responded, “Hello, I’m the person that asked to speak to a manager”. (The difference between the two approaches was either lost on him, or he didn’t care). I said, “This is the fourth time I’ve reported the need for better order accuracy to the manager” and pushed the coffee forward. He took it and asked what I ordered. I said medium steeped tea with milk and a sleeve. I continued, “this is the fourth time that I have reported an issue with order accuracy to the manager. Your system isn’t working. The surly manager replied, “They’re suppose to repeat it back to you”. I commented, “they do. And it’s right on the screen, too”. They just keep pouring the wrong liquid in the cup. His reply, “your tea had sugar in it?” “No”, I answered. “Sweetener?”, he queried. “No. A sleeve on the cup. “ He hands me my tea and said, “There you go.” and turned around and walked away. No apology, no acknowledgment or amends for the fact that I had to return to the store to fix this error, that wasn’t mine. So my conclusion is that it is a poor store culture. The fact that the previous commenters got a “call head office” response from the owner, seems to re-inforce that notion. So here’s what I’m going to do. Every single time that my order isn’t accurate, I’m going to leave a review like this and escalate to Tim Horton’s customer care team and encourage EVERYONE to do the same.

My husband and I stopped at 6am yesterday to pick up a large order for an event at his work. We hadn’t pre-ordered and weren’t sure we could get what we needed. Kudos go out to the young men who were there. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Well done guys….we wanted to make sure you got recognition you deserve.
