Baskin-Robbins Manning Rd. got my order wrong. I specifically asked for chocolate cake and gold medal ribbon ice cream and got chocolate ice cream instead of cake. When I called, the manager said if it hadn't been cut into then they could do something but of course I had to cut into it to even know it was wrong. The manager offered nothing. I won't go back...terrible customer service. I could have picked up a couple of containers of premium ice cream for a fraction of the price.

I got a single scoop of chocolate mousse Royale and it was delicious! The service is always really nice when I'm here - the employees are very friendly, accommodating, and quick! There is plenty of parking to be found, and even some nice tables to sit at and eat your ice cream outside of the establishment. Always a pleasure coming to this location!

Went in last night and the teen girl was working all alone in such a busy store! Her service was great and ice cream was good as always but people especially teens should not have to work alone like this!

Don’t invest you money into this place, to start the ice cream is almost double the price of any other store. Secondly employees are expected to work in unbelievably hot conditions, the ac is kept off to save money. the workers and the melting ice cream are at the mercy of the summer heat.

Big store. Easily free parking available. Wonderful location, Lots of free parking spot. Taste is good. Quantity of ice cream was good. Prices are ok just like any other. Customer service was great. Same price if you get a cone or cup. They make their own waffle cones. Good enough space for dine in. Public washroom available. Quick serving time. Overall was good experience. Lots of options available. Best is to dine outside on bench in open. Will visit again. It is near food basics and lots of other amenities.

Stopped in with my wife to get an ice cream. We each had two scoops on a cone.The scoops were super small and VERY disappointing. When I went to pay for them I was charged 21 dollars. What a rip off. I will never be back. The girl who waited on us was busy talking on her phone and made us wait while she finished her call. Maybe she should concentrate on her customers and put the phone away.
