Very disappointed. not very, EXTREMELY disappointed. i ordered to pick up for 6:40. wasn’t ready till 7. drive my 15 minutes home to find that they didn’t give me two of my pizzas. i drove back and they had only one and had to make another for me. now i have been waiting an hour officially for all my food and no apologies were given by the workers. sad since i love this place so much.

the last 2 times ordering on the app and the restaurant doesn't start your order until you call and complain 30 min later. no manager on duty, no appologies, no cares. 300 tecumseh rd east used to my fave spot for a quick pizza. not anymore

I came by before they were open. Doors locked but they started their day at 9am. I just worked 13hrs and needed food.
They opened the door, said the ovens were on, asked what I wanted, said if I have 5-10min they can whip up an order if it's just a pepperoni and bread.
I said I'd wait.
Got my dinner at 9:20am. Great customer service. That's amazing!
