This is the first time we have had Mary Brown's chicken.
It's great to see a 100% Canadian restaurant grow. I wasn't aware it started in 1969 in Newfoundland and it's pure Canadian.
The batter's box price was reasonable. We got 6 pieces with fries, gravy and 2 biscuits for 22.99. It's in-line with another Chicken place for a special, 2 can dine.
First the service was great. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and let us try the spices since this was our first time there. He also checked up on us afterward to make sure everything was good.
The chicken was really good. Juicy and hot. For me I like extra crunch so I hope they bring that option out in the future.
The potato wedges and gravy were on point and the biscuits were flakey. For me the biscuits were sweet but still made well.
All the spices were great, the dry hot spice had an amazing kick, not for the faint of heart but I loved it.
Give them a try. Great crew and great food. Looking forward to an extra crispy version hopefully in the future.

The sandwich was too good. The guy at the front did a really great job and had a beautiful smile to be honest. The sandwich was hot and fresh and Pranshu at the front greeted with warmth. Will surely come back.

I had fried chicken last week with my friend, and got a painful diarrhea in the afternoon when I’m outside. I asked my friend how’s his afternoon, he told me he got a worse one. I’m really concerned about this situation.
