Consistently one of the worst McDonaldâs I have eaten at. Been going there since I was a kid and it was fine until the 2010s but things have shifted pretty dramatically over the years. Since itâs my local one I tend to have to settle with it, but time and again I am proven the fool as the food quality is questionable at best and the staff are disinterested in doing their job well.
When I went today the restaurant was out of coke and frutopia so I ordered sprite. The sprite was essentially soda water with a drop of syrup and the cup wasnât even full. Then when I got home I was greeted to my sandwich being a mess. At least the fries were good but spending a fair amount of money for this is unacceptable.

today we went through the drive through and we had trouble deciding what to order. we saw the new item the mcpops! unsure on what to expect we asked the worker to describe the dish. what weâre told and what we got were two completely different things. the worker described to us a cake pop like treat, instead what we got was a circular donut like dessert. after the experience i feel betrayed, lied to and used. the next item we got was the raptor crispy chicken nacho poutine⊠let me tell you. DO NOT ORDER THIS. the combination of nacho cheese and gravy was something that was not supposed to be in the same bowl and the stale ahh chips that were on top made them even worse. oh and the chicken nuh uh. after this experience you can be sure i will not be ordering either of these items ever again!!!

Got breakfast meal and they made it wrong call the location and speak to manager and she sounded very young and attitudes was ok ...didn't seem to go care ...all all I wanted is not to wait for 15 mins in drive thru and still get the order wrong and also if I call to let you know about my experience at least pretend to care

Went here to grab dinner quick for my family as we were rushing to get dinner, the service was extremely slow, they handed us the ice cream and pop first, then told us to go wait in spot #2, we sat there for about 25minutes waiting for our food. By the time our food had come, our ice cream was melted and pop was flat, McDonalds needs to get it together, for the price of the food, you expect it to actually be more convenient as they state they are a âfast foodâ restaurant when in fact itâs a slow food restaurant. Itâs cheaper to go to chucks for a $9 dollar burger and fries instead of a $14 dollar burger and fry here. Itâs a shame
