Every time I go here, my order is never correct. Is it just me and bad luck ? I thought so at first, but this has gotten out of hand. My last order, which was a big mac - they forgot to add the meat. So it was just buns and sauce and lettuce. I am hearing from many others that this place does the same to them ... come on guys get it together. Something's got to change in the system and functioning there, because its nothing but problems.

Seems to be a very busy place, or at least the majority of staff were occupied, so much so that the napkins/straws/ketchup station was empty, there was trash scattered and unwiped tables throughout... We only stopped here because it showed up as a place where there was a play place.... Which there isn't.

I was craving McD’s and ordered the two single cheese burger meal at the drive thru around 9:30 PM, only to find that the burgers were cold and the fries were stale. Why am I paying full price for food that isn’t fresh? Especially given inflation no less. I was hungry so I ate my meal, but with great dissatisfaction. In my view, if the quality is going to take a hit at night, I should not be paying full price. Either that or make my meal palatable, please and thank you!

Ordered through Uber eats and was missing the promotional item when I called McDonald’s Some sarcastic man answered the phone and said well. The promotional item doesn’t show up on our end so maybe fix the issue then I swear to God that place can screw up a ham and cheese sandwich.

The drive thru screws up my order everytime I go, so.i decided to go in this time. I use the machine to.order, it gives me an order number but the printer doesn't work so I have no receipt and they can't find my order in the system. I just left. I will not be returning to this location.
