Went through drive-through tonight, was told to wait on the side for my food and waited 20 minutes for it. When I finally got my meal, there was no apology for the long wait (even though other cars got their food before me), and then to find out my meal was completely wrong. Had to wait another 20 minutes for just a McChicken sandwich and medium fries. Completely unacceptable.

Consistently one of the worst McDonald’s I have eaten at. Been going there since I was a kid and it was fine until the 2010s but things have shifted pretty dramatically over the years. Since it’s my local one I tend to have to settle with it, but time and again I am proven the fool as the food quality is questionable at best and the staff are disinterested in doing their job well.
When I went today the restaurant was out of coke and frutopia so I ordered sprite. The sprite was essentially soda water with a drop of syrup and the cup wasn’t even full. Then when I got home I was greeted to my sandwich being a mess. At least the fries were good but spending a fair amount of money for this is unacceptable.
