We went there to have an all you can eat dinner but unfortunately the resto needs a lot of catching up as an AYCE. It's a good option to have in a resto but if you cannot really meet that demand to offer it, better to get it off the table otherwise, you will just have another unsatisfied customer. The price for the AYCE is already expensive, so customers will have higher expectations, they'll demand for the service that they have paid for.
Staff are friendly. They did their best to provide service but fails to deliver a satisfactory service because they have more non AYCE customers and we are left waiting for our orders most of the time.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment. Over the past year, I have been a loyal customer, frequently recommending your services to friends and clients. Unfortunately, a recent incident has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.
After noticing a double service charge on my account, I was advised to come in person to address the issue and receive a refund. I traveled 25 minutes with a friend, who also experienced a double charge from a different bank, to present our cases to the staff. However, despite our efforts, we were met with resistance and were unable to receive the promised refund.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was put in contact with Frank. Unfortunately, his defensive demeanor and raised voice during our conversation were unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I believe that as a customer who has consistently supported your business, I deserved a more courteous and understanding response.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel that my loyalty has not been acknowledged. I hope that future interactions with customers can be handled with more professionalism and respect.
The owner is so unprofessional. We got charged on Monday when we came in. And today another charge. He told us bring our card in to get a refund. To only get talked to on the phone and yell at us. He wasted our time. Our money. Worst service from the servers. Terrible owner. Shame on you frank. I will tell EVERYONE to never come here and support your business as I am a business owner as well

Very picky about our sushi, coming from mainly dining at sushi spots in the GTA and this restaurant ticks all the boxes, particularly with the food. Our favourites were, the scallop and tuna sashimi, white tune nigiri, and salmon poke bowl were excellent. Our sons favourite was the Ninja roll. The server made sure everything was to our satisfaction and we'd highly recommend Salt Sushi!

My sister and I had all you can eat sushi at Salt Sushi. Our waiter was Frank and he gave phenomenal service. He went above and beyond and was so kind to us. The food itself was amazing, props to the chef. Everything we ate was delicious and an absolute 10/10. We came on a Tuesday and the price for the all you can eat sushi was very reasonable and lower when compared to other sushi places. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend.
