Not a bad store, nice employees. The real problem with Starbucks is corporate, they no longer distribute good tasting coffee to their stores and the interiors have all been remodeled to be sterile, cold, and minimalist. I miss when Starbucks had warm interiors and used earthy tones, and used aesthetics such as Global Village Coffeehouse, and other warm aesthetics. But they dropped all of that. Starbucks has gone downhill. This store reflects all of that and I do feel bad. Please change things up a bit!

One of the worst Starbucks locations in Windsor. The staff seem indifferent and unbothered. Tables are always dirty, there are no napkins, and the milk and cream are often empty. When you ask the staff for anything, they respond with annoyed or dismissive expressions.

The employees will complain about your order and not realize you are i front of them because you did a mobile order. They didnt even make it right. Its my bday so i took full advantage of the free drink concept and loaded my frappuccino. I got 4shots mixed feeling n and one on top but they clowns put all 5 on top and screwed up the concept of the drink. This star bucks needs to do better.

It takes one employee to ruin a location for a customer. After the woman in the Drive-Thru gave herself a tip on my debit card, I decided that this location is no longer my number one choice.
