The Subway worker was annoyed when I asked for more lettuce. As you can see in the photo, I still didn’t get much. The food was good, but the service could’ve been better.

I went there with my friends during lunch, and they had their own food from a different place in their hands. An old lady with short white hair yelled at my friends and kicked them out only for having food that isn’t theirs. I was ordering something I’ve never tried, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to put in it, and she was so rude and rushing me with my decision. The other employees also weren’t super friendly. The one who was putting the ingredients in my food barely talked to me and didn’t even look at me. Finally, the lady who cashed me out. She had glasses, and brown hair tied up into a ponytail, was also rude and just had me pay. I proudly left NO tip. I was very disappointed with this place.

I’ve been here to this location a few times but never had this experience until now this white lady is extremely rude to costumers and to her employees she yells at them in front of the costumers (I think she’s the manager) and she kept rushing me to finish my order so aggressively as if the worlds ending. Never coming back here again.

Don't go here. Their are so many options in this plaza and they are all 100 times better then this place. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in with my workers and all but one guy didnt eat. He had his own lunch box and i even got him food and she kicked us out for it. And theirs a lot of us so we kept being told to stay quiet and we cant talk back. (Im a grown man)

I am writing this review for location 13300 Tecumseh road east. I went there a minute before for veggie salad, lady was working there is so rude I was there just for scheduling and order and want to let them know this is my order and I’ll do pick up in 10 minutes. But she rudely told me I’m not free. I don’t know then why she’s here at job and what she doing if not able to make just one bowl salad.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Subway really disappointed me. The ingredients tasted far from fresh, the bread was dry and crumbly, and the overall sandwich just felt slapped together with no care. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, even though the place wasn’t busy. I left feeling like I wasted my money on a meal that didn’t even taste good. I’ve given Subway multiple chances, but this was the last straw. Definitely not coming back.

If there is 0 start i will buit it .I went there with my kids to order food there is too old woman They are so rude zero customer service I ask them why you talk to us like this. They kicked us out. They said no food for you. Go out the lady with glasses.

The ladies washroom was out of order. The men's washroom was disgusting and the toilet would not flush. The guy making my sub while closing it took cheese off, when I told him he said sorry but was not going to add a new slice on it. Then we ate in the restaurant. The table top wobbled so bad I thought it was going to fall over. We told them about the washroom being dirty and nobody even went to check. Their was 2 of them and nobody came in the entire time we were eating. Then complained that we didn't tip them. You do know it is not mandatory to tip. You earn your tip off your service.

Love subway, although on a Friday night, the staff was working alone - I had a big order someone was in the store and then two other people came in, one left because the staff was working alone and had 4 people waiting. They really need two people working, on a busy Friday night.
