What a day today. Decided to go to this location of Loose Goose as we have many times before. To say I was appalled is an understatement. It was NOT BUSY. NO ONE acknowledged us after seating us for 15 minutes!!! NO ONE! NO EXCUSE!!! I won't be back for a while now, you've left a very sour taste in my mouth!

We loved The Loose Goose RestoPub .As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly hostess.We decided to have our lunch on the outside patio.We all ordered their Hamburger special which is every Wednesday.The hamburger and fries were excellent.Service was outstanding and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.

Loved this pub on our visit to Canada. Just stumbled on this quanit pub and really enjoyed the food and cocktails. Really enjoyed the wings and they were a great deal on special. The seating was inviting and comfortable. The service was great and we ended eating here twice during our shift stay in Windsor.

Been ordering takeout for over 5 yrs from this location.always left a tip on takeout,never once was my order messed up..always perfect.tonight I ordered and did not leave a tip,and guess what,everything in my order was messed up,wings were way over coooked ,asked for all flats ,got drums,did not receive our drink.chicken fingers were burnt! Very disappointed! Guess that $5 tip means more to them than a loyal customer!

The Loose Goose restaurant delivered one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had— a clear focus on profits over customer satisfaction, making it obvious that keeping guests happy is not a priority. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever had. Not only was our order incorrect, but the real issue started when we tried to resolve the problem. We initially tried to call the downtown location to place an order but were directed to the website. After picking up the order and arriving home, we realized the order was wrong. We called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the bartender mentioned that there were problems with online ordering. It took 2 days for the manager to call us back and when she did, she assumed our issue was with the quality of the food which wasn’t the case. It then took 2 more days to hear from the owner who would only communicate by email, as he said he needed everything in writing. Clearly, they have dealt with many customer issues before. What should’ve been a straightforward resolution turned into days of back-and-forth with no real progress. In the end, we were left with no resolution or proper apology. Between the poor handling of the order and the lackluster customer support, we won’t be visiting the Loose Goose again—and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Great food, service and beer selection.

Waiter was attentive with good recommendations based on our taste. The wings were on point and huge!

This place was packed tonight when we came in. Our server Adam was awesome and took care of us on top of the large parties of tables he was dealing with. Always great service, food and atmosphere. We try to get here once a week. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a waiter named Fab, and he was fabulous. He was extremely polite, friendly, and his service was quick. We enjoyed that he appreciated the Lions too.....awesome team at Loose Goose.
