The Loose Goose restaurant delivered one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had— a clear focus on profits over customer satisfaction, making it obvious that keeping guests happy is not a priority. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever had. Not only was our order incorrect, but the real issue started when we tried to resolve the problem. We initially tried to call the downtown location to place an order but were directed to the website. After picking up the order and arriving home, we realized the order was wrong. We called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the bartender mentioned that there were problems with online ordering. It took 2 days for the manager to call us back and when she did, she assumed our issue was with the quality of the food which wasn’t the case. It then took 2 more days to hear from the owner who would only communicate by email, as he said he needed everything in writing. Clearly, they have dealt with many customer issues before. What should’ve been a straightforward resolution turned into days of back-and-forth with no real progress. In the end, we were left with no resolution or proper apology. Between the poor handling of the order and the lackluster customer support, we won’t be visiting the Loose Goose again—and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Great food, service and beer selection.

Waiter was attentive with good recommendations based on our taste. The wings were on point and huge!

This place was packed tonight when we came in. Our server Adam was awesome and took care of us on top of the large parties of tables he was dealing with. Always great service, food and atmosphere. We try to get here once a week. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a waiter named Fab, and he was fabulous. He was extremely polite, friendly, and his service was quick. We enjoyed that he appreciated the Lions too.....awesome team at Loose Goose.

Our waiter was amazing! He was very good at keeping us happy! We never had to wait for drinks or anything else! My family and I could tell he loves his job! The food was very good! There's no complaints!

This is a great place for an informal bite and beverage. I’ve never had bad food and the service is always good. Best wings I’ve been able to find in this area!

Well can't rate the food but sure can rate the horrible service we were ignored for 25 minutes while we sat on the patio, numerous wait staff walked by us and didn't even acknowledge us so we got up and left. We were excited to try the food but unfortunately will never go there again!

Our first time here and we were very surprised. Thought this would be just another bar type restaurant, but we're very wrong. Food was really really good. The jalapeno dip was outstanding. Nice large wings, cooked perfect, with a wide variety of sauces/rubs. It was a busy night...from what we could see, all tables were full and the service was still great. Definitely a go to place! We will be back to try more!
