Every time I go through the drive my order is never right.Today when ordering my breakfast sandwich inside the person making it brought it to me as person who took order was busy, I asked for ketchup and it seemed to really put her out to walk back and get a packet as she said to me you should of asked your person . Terrible customer service !

Dirty. Water on floors leading to toilets that could have been easily mopped up. Wheelchair access to the toilets blocked with high chair. Bugs on floors never swept. Any colonies that suggest sugar never washed away. Spiders in the men’s room cubicle. Not pleasant. Food was ok. Standard fare.

I have attempted to voice my complaints to the manager regarding the state of your drive thru pavement. Was told it was the green valley owner to repair. Guess that will be your threat to cease paying rent due to the fact that I will no longer be your customer. I spend on average 200 per month at your store and now have chosen the Hortons up the road. You should be embarrassed subjecting YOUR customers to these conditions. Lawyer up buddy! Grow a pair and get after your landlord!!!!!!!

I enjoyed this Tim Horton's location at 13300 Tecumseh Rd East, Tecumseh, ON. The service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly staff. The coffee was good. I also enjoyed a Raisan bran muffin and my husband a blueberry dutchie. ?☕☕
