I enjoyed this Tim Horton's location at 13300 Tecumseh Rd East, Tecumseh, ON. The service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly staff. The coffee was good. I also enjoyed a Raisan bran muffin and my husband a blueberry dutchie. ?☕☕

I live around the corner and have been going through this drive thru for 10 years +. I've seen the many different staff come and go but I must say, this has been there worst year yet! In the past two days, I haven't received what I ordered, has had sugar when not ordered and cup half full when ordering an xl. After going in to have my order adjusted after waiting ridiculous wait times in the drive thru...I received no apology, smile nothing! From now on I'll drive the few extra kms and go to the one down the street. So disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been here multiple times and they mess up my order every time. Their hot chocolate changes taste and I would not recommend going to this specific Tim Hortons.

I'm not typically a complainer but I ordered a holiday smile cookie and when I got to work I realized they gave me a chocolate chunk cookie with a smile on it. I'm allergic to chocolate and the holiday smile cookie is supposed to be a sugar cookie. This was early in the morning on Sat Nov 18th. I'm assuming they ran out so they decided to just slap a smile on some chocolate chunk. Not the best idea for those with a chocolate allergy especially if people are ordering in the drivethru and can't actually see the cookie until after...

Worst Tim Hortons of Tecumseh, absolutely awful experience each and every time I visit. Would rather drive to a different province for a bagel than waste my money here. Always be prepared to wait 45 minutes in the drive through just to get the wrong order and be greeted by useless staff that so obviously stands around talking instead of making your order correctly. Comical honestly
I stopped in for lunch being in the area. Getting out of the rain in here was nice. The lad who served me clearly was friends with their co-worker so it was nice.

After waiting in drivethru for about 22 minutes, get up to window and debit not working. Since I had no cash I don't get coffee. I remember when you'd still get your coffee. As a multi billion dollar company, who's prices keep going up, when your debit crashes, you'd still let things go that are under $5.00. So my daughter doesn't get her muffin before school...at least I can go to a different Tim Hortons where I will even be able to get my order correct. Only a 10% chance at this one. I'm done with this one..bunch of class act
