Cold stale fries, uncooked burger, poor service from teeny boppers!
Cant even put the burger together nicely it’s literally slopped together by Ray Charles! RAW BEEF!!!!
Absolutely appalling the food they put on tray and charge you 50$ for three people to end up with mild food poisoning!

I went through the drive-through, paid for my order. The gentleman at the window said that my transaction didn’t go through. So I paid for it again, this time he confirmed that it did go through, but when I checked my bank account, the transaction went through twice. They double charging me. I later went to the bank to confirm, and in fact, I was double charged. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, to get this fixed and she informed me that it wasn’t up to her to fix it. She would have to go through her corporate to check if I was in fact, double charged. I look forward to hearing from the manager, Melissa, who I will be following up with, and if I was indeed only charged once I will be changing my review.

The young lady operating the drive through was absolutely miserable, got the 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard wrong. The bill came to 44.55 I gave her a 20 a 10 2 5s two twoonies 2 quarters and a nickle. She counted 3 times then asked her manager if it was correct. Perhaps a course in math and hospitality should be offered

I went in there yestersat Oct 24 around 8pm I ordered a burger. The lady at the cashier was rude sarcastic and mean. I asked her if the food on the counter is mine,to make sure I dont pick up the wrong order and she responded " you ordered first, right?". I was speechless. When she was taking the order she her tone of voice sounds like she doesnt want to get my order. She is short, curly hair and dark skinned young lady. I understand she was tired but that doesnt mean you can be sarcastic and rude to someone who asked you nicely and in a calm tone voice.

Went to this Wendy’s at around 8:00pm on Sunday Oct the 6th. The girls running the drive through were so rude and nasty. It was like I was causing them a disturbance by ordering my food and picking it up. Never going back to this Wendy’s again.

I was helped by Kristina . She asked what I wanted in a rude tone. I work with people who have intellectual disabilities and needed their orders separated. Kristina rolled her eyes when asked to separate the orders was not polite or welcoming while taking my order. Kristina Should be more polite to customers when taking there orders I recommend she have a day off and maybe put a smile on her face as this goes a long way.

Employees don’t know how to treat with customers. Very rude behaviour. Specially girls who work on drive thru at night.
Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Went to the drive thru, ordered a double burger. Immediately parked and ate my meal. Fries and burger were both totally cold. I have no idea how they aren't even keeping the patties hot.

The staff charged me twice for my order. Then when I get home to eat it they gave me the wrong order. $50 for half the food and the wrong food. They are good at scamming a 100% tip.

Drive thru order came to $22.70 so I gave him $52.70 hoping to get $30.00 change. He proceded to give me $27.30 change. When I got home I had asked for cracker and hot sauce for my chili neither of which were in the bag. On a final note the chili was cold checking a temperature of 122 Degrees a far cry from the 135 Degrees the empoyees are required to keep it at. I hope I don't get ill.

If you offer something on your menu, make sure you make it well. My baked potato was barely cooked, hard with no butter. The sour creme tasted bad too. Every time I try to give them a chance, the potato is either undercooked or smashed to bits. I won't be bying baked potatoes again. The chili was good, like that their price for the chili is decent compared to Timmies.
