If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. I’ve been 3 times now for lunch and they’ve either messed up my order, forgot items, or the food is stale and bland/old. And when I go back to ask for my food made properly I have to wait 30 minutes to speak to a manager and even after that I have to fight with the manager to get my order even when I have the receipt. The manager was extremely rude and argumentative and did not prioritize their customers needs.

Hello, I went to picked up my order at 9 pm and my order was messed up. First of all when I came to pick up my order, at the store they thought that I am delivery guy. Secondly, there were three kids' meals which i ordered. And toys were only included in two meals. One kid meal did not had a toy. My kids were starving by the time I reached home. I was not able to go back to the store. Kids were upset about one toy missing, and I had to handle extra headaches to convince any 1 child out of 3 to accept the kids' meal without toy. Plus , on doordash, there was buy 1 get one for spicy burger. I ordered a BOGO burger and just got one. My refrigerator died day before, and so we ordered dinner from your store, but the order was completely messed up. Contacted on Facebook right away and waited 3 weeks. But nothing.

Really friendly staff! Way better frise than any other fast food chain! I usually order the Dave double, great flavor beef with all the care and necessary, just necessary additive

Order a junior bacon cheese burger and small fries through the app and picked up through the drive thru.

A few minutes later as I was eating the burger, I found a long dark brown hair in my burger. I spit it out and threw away the food. The fries were luke warm, dry and stale.

I called the restaurant. I spoke to a lady. She was friendly. l told her what happened. She was apologetic and offered to put my name down for a replacement for next time.

I declined the offer.

I think to offer a refund would be have been more appropriate instead. Not worth my time.

It was only $4.20. It's the principle though.

I think this is the last time I visit Wendy's.

The cashier Zahraa said was most helpful and had great customer service . She was super kind and so was the rest of the staff. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Cold stale fries, uncooked burger, poor service from teeny boppers!

Cant even put the burger together nicely it’s literally slopped together by Ray Charles! RAW BEEF!!!!

Absolutely appalling the food they put on tray and charge you 50$ for three people to end up with mild food poisoning!

I went through the drive-through, paid for my order. The gentleman at the window said that my transaction didn’t go through. So I paid for it again, this time he confirmed that it did go through, but when I checked my bank account, the transaction went through twice. They double charging me. I later went to the bank to confirm, and in fact, I was double charged. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, to get this fixed and she informed me that it wasn’t up to her to fix it. She would have to go through her corporate to check if I was in fact, double charged. I look forward to hearing from the manager, Melissa, who I will be following up with, and if I was indeed only charged once I will be changing my review.

Dragonfly Babe

The young lady operating the drive through was absolutely miserable, got the 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard wrong. The bill came to 44.55 I gave her a 20 a 10 2 5s two twoonies 2 quarters and a nickle. She counted 3 times then asked her manager if it was correct. Perhaps a course in math and hospitality should be offered

I went in there yestersat Oct 24 around 8pm
I ordered a burger. The lady at the cashier was rude sarcastic and mean. I asked her if the food on the counter is mine,to make sure I dont pick up the wrong order and she responded " you ordered first, right?". I was speechless. When she was taking the order she her tone of voice sounds like she doesnt want to get my order. She is short, curly hair and dark skinned young lady. I understand she was tired but that doesnt mean you can be sarcastic and rude to someone who asked you nicely and in a calm tone voice.

Went to this Wendy’s at around 8:00pm on Sunday Oct the 6th. The girls running the drive through were so rude and nasty. It was like I was causing them a disturbance by ordering my food and picking it up. Never going back to this Wendy’s again.
