Very disappointed in our meals. We had heard that they had amazing food, so we thought we'd try it. We are here from Alberta. The 4 of us went in and our boys each ordered the solo for 1 with the brisket, which was more fat than meat on it. My husband and I each got the solo for 1 and with the ribs, which were also fatty. When we discussed it with the waitress, she made up all the excuses possible. Not even, I'M SO SORRY ABOUT THAT, nothing. But we also heard the other waitress tell another table that they have new fresh brisket etc etc. My boys got the tail end of the fatty part of the brisket and we paid $26.00 per meal ...very very disappointed. Not impressed at all

My margarita had bugs in the ice, I asked for a new one and it took 5-10 minutes to receive it. This margarita had some specks in it as well, and all ice hardly any drink. There was also no lime provided on the drinks. As for the food it was good but wish there was more for what you pay for. Service was not very good as the waitress did not come back with the new drink for quite some time and the food was brought out by someone else.

Wow! This place is a true gem. After 5 days on a canoe trip, we popped in for lunch. The most delicious, well priced and wonderful service. Highly recommend this special gem in the wilds.

We had the Solo platter with brisket, and corn fritters as the appetiser. So delicious! And amazing service as well. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and friendly, especially our server. Wish I had pictures to share but we were so hungry. We would’ve spent more time there but it was a pit stop for us on our way up north. Such a great find, right on the water.

Awesome food, friendly staff, and incredible view. A nice gem of a place I’m glad I found during my travels. They serve the bbq with pickled items which really adds a nice acidity to the overall plate helping cut through the richness of the bbq.

We were staying close by at The Temagami Shores Resort so we decided to try this restaurant out. I'm glad we did! The food was excellent. We ordered the sample platter for 4 and it was plenty of food for us 4 adults. The meat was done perfectly with a lot of flavour, and the sides were very tasty!
Our server, and the other staff were also really great. Unfortunately it rained when we were there, but the view of the lake was still beautiful.
Also... There was great music playing while we were there, which made the atmosphere quite enjoyable.
I'd highly recommend if you're ever in the area.

Had an AMAZING dinner here, drinks? deliciously vibrant, food? the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth. I was very pleasantly surprised, would come back, and definitely recommend. service was also great.

Didn’t even look at the menu--saw the the smoked meat sampler and knew that was it! The pulled pork and brisket were awesome. Slaw and cucumber salad sides with Tripper Lager and Lakeland Aleways bews. The slaw was zingy and super tasty. Cuke salad had some heat. Awesome. We'll be back!

Great food, wonderful service. We received 2 complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary which was very kind. Had the 2 meat duo and 2 sides plus a side of ribs. Pimento cheese dip appetizer too.Lots of food for two with leftovers.
Great spot with a beautiful view.
Prices were pretty reasonable.
