I spend nearly $50 daily on meals everyday and I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at your establishment. The food served was subpar and not up to the standard I expect for the price. Additionally, we were provided with plastic cutlery, which felt inadequate and diminished the dining experience. When I approached the server to address these concerns, she was dismissive, stating, “I don’t want to argue,” while remaining distracted on her phone. This lack of attention and unwillingness to engage left me feeling unvalued as a customer. I expect a certain level of professionalism and care, especially given my regular dining habits.

Garbage everywhere bathrooms are beyond disgusting and unusable. Garbage cans in parking lot all overflowing by the rear entrance door It looked as if someone had dedicated beside the door. This is the new normal of Canada unfortunately.

It was not clean, washrooms were disgusting. Ordered our food and it took 40 minutes to come and didn't come with that we asked for. The burger was saugy wet, fries were basically rubber, gravy was cold, pop was flat and when I told the waitress that the burger had no condiments on it that I ordered she handed me the condiments and said oh ok here you can do it yourself. I'm shocked at the service now a days it's disgusting.

I was here for dine in whole restaurant smells very bad because employee was mopping without any cleaning liquid. Owner should give something to mop which do not smell. I will never come here again and suggest everyone to go for any other option.

Stopped here onroute to North Bay. My wife had the beef dip and I had the hamburger poutine. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand otherwise I would have gone across the hwy. Only one waiter for 12 occupied tables. Only 2 cooks. Dirty dishes left on tables, dirty bathrooms, giant puddle of water right outside the kitchen doors that people just keep stepping over. Wife's beef dip was decent but the au jus had an oil slick on the surface. My poutine was ok, but the hamburger patty tasted like it was more cereal than meat. Basically, cheap cafeteria food that should be quick to make but made really slow.

We came in at 11:30 for their all-day breakfast. The dining room was half full, and they had one server for the entire restaurant. She was in a rough position. Tables weren't cleared for the hour we stayed.
We ordered 6 meals in total. Four of us were done eating by the time our 3 and 5 year old's meals arrived.
More than 3 people went to the counter to check their orders or ask for more serving utensils.
The Traditional Breakfast, Breakfast Club Sandwich, and Pancakes were all decent.
The French toast was savory, and smelled like burnt eggs.
I won't speak of the cleanliness, but we were very ready to leave once our bill was paid.
