Today, I dined out for supper with my family. When placing our order, I specifically requested that everything be prepared fresh. The staff initially mentioned they had pre-cooked chicken ready from about 20 minutes earlier, but I insisted I could wait for it to be made fresh. After a brief back-and-forth, they agreed and said they were just breading the chicken. I returned to the table and waited around 15-20 minutes.
When the food arrived, it was cold. The staff claimed it was fresh, but that clearly wasn't the case. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn't meet my expectations.

Do not go here, all I ordered was a wrap and two sliders. One in house customer ahead of me, no drive thru. Two online orders ahead. Order took 22 min to get. No apologies for the wait or anything

What is the point of ordering ahead of time to ensure the food is ready, to show up 15 minutes after the requested time to ensure it’s bagged and waiting to be picked up, to get there and its not even prepared. For fresh food, Id have at least considered the quality would be outstanding, and yet that was disappointing too. Get it together local KFC, for the yearly visit we happen to make to this establishment, you could try to make it a better experience.

I went to this KFC for lunch with my family once we got to the front counter to order the lady automatically gave attitude there were no manners while we were ordering my brother was clarifying that it came with something he asked very nicely and kindly and she responded with rolling her eyes and giving more attitude. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the greatest definitely don’t recommend going.
