What is the point of ordering ahead of time to ensure the food is ready, to show up 15 minutes after the requested time to ensure it’s bagged and waiting to be picked up, to get there and its not even prepared. For fresh food, Id have at least considered the quality would be outstanding, and yet that was disappointing too. Get it together local KFC, for the yearly visit we happen to make to this establishment, you could try to make it a better experience.

Uncooked chicken arrived dear to me and the chicken was in mush for a long time
I went to this KFC for lunch with my family once we got to the front counter to order the lady automatically gave attitude there were no manners while we were ordering my brother was clarifying that it came with something he asked very nicely and kindly and she responded with rolling her eyes and giving more attitude. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the greatest definitely don’t recommend going.

By far the most disgusting, and cheap KFC i have ever been too. 75$ bucket half full, super tiny pieces. Not crispy at all almost no batter. Litterally disgusting mush! And very very tiny pieces. I didnt even eat the skin and thats usually yhe best part. I go to the one in Rouyn-Noranda its excellent and actually has crispy normal size pieces that aint just dripping in fat and mush. I would never eat there again even if it was free. Absolutely the worst. And i normally love KFC. This was last year. My friend was telling me about their experience so i remembered i didnt do a review before. IF I WAS THE OWNER I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO SERVE THIS. CORPORATE SHOULD SUT IT DOWN AND THEY SHOULD LOOSE THE FRANCHISE. LOOK AT THE REVIEW BEFORE ME THATS EXACTLY HOW MY CHICKEN WAS. NEVER SEEN THAT IN MY LIFE AT A KFC.
