Subway

This is the first Subway location that actually gave me extra black olives when I asked for them. Staff was succinct and polite. I think this was the best experience I've ever had at a Subway, well done.

Clean and good service, my only complaint would be the Flatbread. I don't know if it's how they toast it or if no one but me gets Flatbread but it's been stale every time I've ordered it. I worked at subway for 6 years and know that Flatbread is not supposed to be crunchy even when it is toasted. It's actually supposed to get softened when toasted otherwise the Flatbread snaps when you close the Sandwich. The sandwich was still good! Ingredients are tasty and the rest of the sandwich is well made. Maybe they need to store flatbread in a more airtight container to prevent it going stale.

Nice counter service but portioned are small for the price

I ordered a veggie sub on white bread on the app yesterday. When I opened it at home 20min later I noticed the bread was very old and dry. When I bit into it the just crumbled apart. This sub was NOT toasted. I find the freshness of items at this location is lacking on a regular basis, as this is not the first time I’ve had dried out bread. This never used to be a problem and needs to be assessed and rectified!

Overpriced, cheap ingredients, foreign owned. Support Canadian businesses instead.

$26 for a sub and a half and the bread was stale. Never again. I'd give them a rating of zero but it's not allowed

I told the girl how I wanted my sub and she looked at me with confusion, The other girl comes out and says "sorry. She can barely speak English. She's from India." Why are we hiring not English-speaking people to do an English-speaking job in an English-speaking country? Terrible service i almost had to break out my translator to order something In Canada. Thats so sad. I'm not even in a foreign country and no one speaks my language.
