We arrived atound 8.10 pm to get the meal. We spent 10 minutes waiting to place the order. Because it was just our car we decided that they are closed. We checked the hours on the door and find out that drive through supposed to be open. We wsited near the entrance. When we saw that another car was served we went back. As a result we was 4th in a line. Service time over 35 minutes to get food. Why we didn't leave? We promised to our child Wendy's food.

Was good... Slow compared to what it supposed and it wasn't really busy maybe 3 order inside and twin in the drive thru... They didn't fill the one large that we ordered correctly so yeah.. medium + ( B - )

Was served a chicken wrap with raw chicken. Not pink, translucent uncooked breaded chicken. Second wrap also container raw chicken. Unfortunately I was already one bite in to the first wrap. Was offered a replacement or a refund for my meal.

October 7 2023 at 8 pm,I had stop to get something to eat and when I walked in Wendy’s first thing they said to one another we forgot to lock the door. I ask them if they would take my order since I was with a coach bus alone with no passengers they said no the inside dinning is close I would have to go to the drive through to order I said I’m with a big bus and it’s pouring rain. Sorry we can’t help you She would not even ask the girl that is at the drive through to take my order who was just beside her. You will have to walk to our windows sir. I left very disappointed of your Wendy’s client service. I always stop there with a full bus of kids but from my experience of today I will never bring a group there anymore
