We always aim to stop here to eat and sleep.
Destroyer Burger is one of the best burgers I've had.

After living in Terrace Bay for Nine years, I can always vouch for the food at Drifters. Whether it’s Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, I’ve always enjoyed my meals. The Restaurant is cozy and feels like home, the dim lighting and light fire is a great atmosphere to unwind after a long day, or to socialize with family and friends to catch up.
This was my first time spending a night in the motel and I’d like to draw attention to the suite for any families passing through. There was enough room to set up the pack and play next to the bed, and have a play area on the floor. The L-Shaped couch is super comfortable for relaxing and feeding with a view of the lighthouse and uptown Terrace Bay, the blinds are also within reach for privacy. The Jacuzzi Tub can comfortably fit two and is a nice touch to the room.
Service at drifters is always with a smile and great conversation. The Lobby always has hot coffee, a great selection of snacks and pre-made lunch options as well. The Lounge offers the same menu as the restaurant, and is a great area to gather with friends.
Great establishment and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful restaurant with fantastic staff and food!

Waited for waitress for 15 min. Didn't get a menu even. Left without service

Waitress was rude and snobby, upset that we sat at our favorite table witch is a booth and was not clean only one outher person was in the restaurant abd she was all upset we did not wait to be seated we waited a while and then she finnally came and was rude

Very good food. Wait staff were great, I had the all you can eat pasta and the spinach dip. Nice taste, good plating, great value in my opinion. The ambience was good, cute and rustic. Obviously unparalelled in the area.

2024 very nice server and drinks. The wings didnt sit very will for my husband and i….made us sick. :(

Maybe just the wrong time of day. I was just traveling through. In short, no matter what the customer seems like as long as they are polite, they should be treated respectfully. I didn't get that.

We had a burger and fries, and a quesadilla. Soup of the day (broccoli) was definitely made from scratch and delicious. Burgers are hand pressed and well seasoned. The fries were not greasy and the gravy was great. Salsa was even fresh and the quesadilla was packed.

Located right beside the lighthouse so we killed 2 birds with one stone on our way to Thunder Bay.
My wife and I enjoyed our lunch and the service was efficient and friendly.

We were there with big group for a car rally. The food was SO good! I had the Celebration salad and they accommodated removing the red peppers. The homemade citrus dressing was fantastic. Hubby had the Chicken Caesar Salad wrap-it was excellent! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

Great spot to eat if you are crossing country!
Tried the destroyer burger and it was really tasty and not expensive ☺️ and the burger was accompanied with the best fries I had in Canada (and I come from Belgium so I know what I am talking about) 😋
I highly recommend !

This gem of a restaurant was discovered by accident. Service was friendly, professional and excellent and the goid variety on the menu was unexpected and the kitchen staff prepared excellent meals for us.
