This store is delusional. $15 for a small salad with unfresh pre cut pre frozen food drenched in sugar sauce. The servers are detached from reality and when I told them there is a fly sitting on the food they just smiled at me. Why does this even exist?

The food at this location is always fresh. The buns are soft and freshly baked, the produce crispy and not wilted. The service is excellent, the sandwich artists are friendly and cheerful. The store is clean and tidy.

I went to this dual Subway/gas station as we needed to use the washroom and we were planning on making a purchase of drinks and snacks, but a sign saying that we MUST make a purchase to use the facilities. I refuse to be co-erced into spending money just because I need to urinate. I usually do purchase things when I stop to use bathroom facilities at a store, but I find it reprehensible when a store thinks they can DEMAND a purchase. Not from me!

Stopped here to get some gas and was surprised to see a subway in convenience store. So I went ahead to place order but walked out empty handed because of the worst customer service experience. The Asian lady with glasses who was taking my order has some serious attitude problems. Please train your staff properly about customer service. Such rude behaviour is unacceptable.
