We stopped while traveling, and a local guy made a point of recommending this place. It is take out only, but you are welcome to sit in the restaurant to eat. We had poutine, hamburgers and fish. The fries were very crispy, light coloured gravy and shredded melted mozzarella. Not a traditional poutine but quite tasty. The burger bun was likely toasted on the flat top which was great, a thick burger, tomato, lettuce, pickles and ketchup. Very enjoyable. The fish came with 2 pieces...
The food was decent, and the portions were okay. We were really craving Chinese food after driving for so long, glad we found the place as there are not many option for rice meal. We got sweet and sour pork, sweet and sour shrimp, and wonton soup to go.
Decent stop for Chinese food, large portion. The fried rice was a bit under seasoned but nothing a package of soy sauce can’t fix. The chicken balls weren’t my favourite (they taste like chicken donut) but I had more than enough food. The lunch combos offer fantastic value for only $11.59.Take-out only, but it was a nice day so we didn’t mind sitting at the picnic table by the Lighthouse (which you can go up, btw)Would return if we stop by Terrace Bay again ?
