Will not allow groups larger than 2 to sit and eat, very rude staff, had to wait over 20 minutes for the staff to recognize that we were there and were still extremely rude. Horrible experience, never go here unless you want rude staff!

My husband and I stop in whenever we can on our way back home from a weekend trip somewhere. The food is really good, the services is excellent and the atmosphere is a pub type restaurant so good for what we like. Our last server was Sam and great attitude and did a great job. My fav here, the potato skins, always a hit. We stopped in again on our way home on November 9, 2025 and once again, not disappointing, the service was excellent the food fantastic. As above I love their potato skins and the soup was really good too. Great place to visit and have a bite to eat. Our server this time was Theresa H. and she was excellent, great job Theresa.

Worst meal ever and I've been there several times. Clubhouse...tomatoes were green bacon was aweful and looked like we we got the last of the turkey bones in my sandwich It was so bad

Never ate in Thamesville before, but I took my kids and their friends to the Corn Maize for the day and by the time we left the maze it was 7:30pm and everyone was hungry. We showed up to Johnny Quests and were greeted and served immediately. The kids and I all enjoyed our food and it was served quickly and hot. The food was fantastic as was the service. I'd definitely stop by again if I were in the area!!

Decided to try again hoping that they would get our food right this time. Specifically asked for fries crispy. Picked up my order and like the last three times they were completely mushy, not golden brown but white and mushy. They wanted to re-cook the fries but what they don't understand is that while my fries are being re-cooked all the other meals are getting cold. I told them to keep their meals and will not return.

This had to have been the worst dine in experience ive had. My burger resembled that of charcoal, i must have been an enemy of the chef for him to make an attempt my life. The petrified fries were also not helping at all, but i enjoyed the cinnamon candy at the end.
