Every worker in the building after 5 is grumpy rude and never get your orders right. And on top of that there super slow and dont give a shit how long they make you wait. I'd like if they could atleast put a smile on there face but now they act straight pissed off. If you dont like your job quit cuz all the afternoon workers suck

Service and food was good. The washrooms are in need of repair and updating along with a better cleaning system. A lot of traffic through them and not maintained at all. The owners should be aware of this and fix these problems.

Unless your drive through in the afternoon your not a priority to the young ladies working. They literally stand around socializing. The food area is unsanitary the washrooms are disgusting and the coffee is disgusting half the time. I can honestly say that I will from now on watch to see who is working prior to ordering! Would like to thank pat, Shawn and Ariana for great service as they are the only three that I can say know how to make a coffee and tea properly!

Made a stop at the thamesville Tim Hortons just the other day, and I have got to say, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The cleanliness was fantastic considering how many places now a days just don’t seem to care. The staff behind the counter, were friendly, attentive and efficient. A big change from some of the Tim Hortons in Chatham. It’s a very nice change, refreshing to see such at this location.

Ordered a BLT ,on a bagel. Simple right, no wrong. I can't have egg !! It was a mess. . Just passing through. The coffee is so weak , I didn't drink it. Wow really going downhill 😕
