Service and food was good. The washrooms are in need of repair and updating along with a better cleaning system. A lot of traffic through them and not maintained at all. The owners should be aware of this and fix these problems.
Made a stop at the thamesville Tim Hortons just the other day, and I have got to say, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The cleanliness was fantastic considering how many places now a days just don’t seem to care. The staff behind the counter, were friendly, attentive and efficient. A big change from some of the Tim Hortons in Chatham. It’s a very nice change, refreshing to see such at this location.
I came in over the weekend and the store was super busy. It took no time at all to get my order the crew was working so well as a team. Fast friendly service and food was made just right
