You know what they say about ski lodge food? Well, this was a welcome exception! First off, we came on a weekday and skiing conditions weren’t great - so no wait at all. Then, they really got poutine - it was hot and delicious from the first bite to the last (and most ski lodges get poutine wrong). Finally the soup special (mushroom bisque) was just perfect. And kiddo loved his Mountain Burger.

Overall.. food is OK.. definitely not worth the 30-minute wait in line and ten minute time frame to complete the order. 1 staff member as cashier, with the lineup back to the door. Everything is way overpriced..a chicken burger with a handful of potato chips, a bacon cheeseburger with a very small handful of fries and 2 very small chicken fingers with the same amount of fries..and 3 500ml pop came to 93$..been there done that and not worth getting the Tshirt.

Great burgers and fries and beer. Pricing not bad- great service!

There's usually a lineup but staff get through it at a decent pace. Everything is marked up quite a bit. Water is around 5 bucks a bottle and a beer to run you close to 12 for a can. Their food on the menu is also pretty expensive with an average meal coming up to around 20 a person. Make sure you plan accordingly

Great service, liked the fact that they give you a number for a table so it isn't a free for all. The staff are are great and did was decent and the atmosphere was really good.
This place was totally disappointing. Staff were nice and helpful but….Massive line up, no table service (it was listed on OpenTable with no mention), half the menu not available, messed up the order, very expensive for the quality and understaffed (pandemic hangover no doubt). Unfortunately mediocrity seems to be acceptable now.

$12 pint....that was the price of a pitcher years ago.

Chalet tings. It's what is to be expected from a chalet.

I thought $13 was a bit steep for a pulled pork poutine but the pork was nice, plentiful, and juicy, fries were crispy, gravy was PERFECT. Nice cheese curds too. Top 3 poutines of all time, for me. What else can you ask for, really?

We eat at the Bullwheel pretty much every weekend. Currently they are likley short staffed and very busy. Watching the crowds today, we can't help but think that NOT offering take out would help the service and quality of food being offered to their guests. We are never sure what we are going to get to eat. Will the order come complete, hot, and hownpong will it take? Today it took 45 minutes for a couple of French fries and a burger but it was got. Last weekend, not so much. Cater to the crowd you can handle! Take out customers are putting you over your service ability.

I've had better food and service in a dorm caf.
Expensive for such low food quality, bussy also
Good food, expect to pay tourist prices
