D grade food and very unprofessional customer service. Also, they included tip in the bill without even asking us which is really bad
I had a very upsetting experience at Firehall Pizza Co. I ordered a mojito, and the waitress brought it to me without asking whether I wanted the alcoholic or non-alcoholic version. Unfortunately, my 6-year-old daughter drank half of it and told me it tasted strange. When I tried it, I realized it contained alcohol.
I immediately asked the waitress, and she confirmed it was alcoholic. I told her I didn’t request an alcoholic drink, and her only response was, “Sorry, do you want the original one instead?” No apology, no concern for the seriousness of the situation.
I was terrified and had to call emergency services to ensure my daughter would be okay. Our entire day was ruined because someone assumed I wanted an alcoholic drink and didn’t clarify or explain that there were two versions of the mojito.
Thankfully, my daughter is fine — but I keep thinking: what if she hadn’t been? Who would have taken responsibility?
This was a careless and dangerous mistake. I will never go back to this restaurant, and I strongly advise others, especially families with children, to be extremely cautious if you choose to dine here. They clearly do not take responsibility for their service or their customers' safety.
The staff were rude When I was about to bring my coffee in to drink it (I hate when my coffee is cold) They disallowed it, even to sit on a nearby bench! I can't even enjoy a pizza! And I can't rate the food because I haven't even tasted it.
We ended up at Firehall Pizza to take in the free concert at Blue mountain village. We had an outside table which was nice. Our server's name was Will and he was amazing. We were at the side of the stage but we could still see the band.
We had a fantastic dining experience at Firehall Pizza Co in Blue Mountain today! We tried their pizza and fettuccine, and both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The non-alcoholic refreshing drink we ordered was perfect for a warm summer day it was cool, tasty, and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was the service. Our server was exceptional, kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, especially with our kids. It's not easy dining out with young ones, but her friendly attitude made it a stress-free and enjoyable meal for all of us. Even our toddler connected with her and gave her a sweet compliment on her hairstyle.
Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Blue Mountain Village!
Very expensive
Tucked right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, Firehall Pizza Co. was the perfect spot for a festive and cozy meal during our Christmas trip. Even though the village was packed with visitors, this place stood out, not just for the food, but for the entire experience. It was lively and full of holiday spirit, yet everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
The staff truly brought the holiday magic to life. Dressed for the season and full of energy, they made us feel right at home. Service was fast and friendly, and the space itself was clean, warm, and welcoming, even during the dinner rush.
The food absolutely lived up to the hype. Their pizzas were some of the best we’ve had: crispy, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. The appetizers were delicious and fresh, and the drinks were a highlight on their own. From festive cocktails to classics, every sip complemented the meal.
Firehall Pizza Co. ended up being one of our favorite memories from the trip. It’s the kind of place you want to return to every time you’re back in the village.
15$ for horrible garlic bread. Don’t order it
Rude management and servers. Pathetic food
I have never had pasta/ pizza that is soo mediocre. The sausage on the pizza was absolutely disgusting and the pasta in general had very little sauce and also stale.

🥇One of the best pizza / pasta places I have ever been
🥇We ordered “Alfredo chicken pasta” and pizza , both were amazing.
🥇Pizza’s bread was not that thick not that thin with a good taste, seems like they bake themselves.
🥇interior design followed it’s name “firehall“ and it was a thought behind each component of the restaurant even windows.
I totally enjoyed
Good job

It's great having a good pizza spot in the village, especially one with so many ready to order options and servers happy to take your order while rocking their firefighter outfits!
The seasonal drinks are a must. I had the warm caramel apple cider which hit the spot this weekend with temperatures reaching almost -20. The place was crowded, yet we still got our food very quickly. This place is great for large groups as there's a lot of seating. Definitely recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you’re looking for a pizza place that truly stands out, look no further than Fir Hall Pizza! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff who genuinely seemed to love what they do.
The menu is impressive, featuring a wide variety of options to cater to all taste buds. I decided to go for their signature pizza, and I was not disappointed! The crust was perfectly baked—crisp on the outside yet wonderfully chewy inside. The toppings were fresh and generous, with a delightful balance of flavors. Each bite was a flavor explosion, and you could tell that high-quality ingredients were used.
Another highlight was the creative selection of specialty pizzas, which made it hard to choose just one. I can’t wait to come back and try the others!
The service was exceptional as well. My order was taken promptly, and the staff checked in to ensure everything was to my liking without being intrusive. I also appreciated that they offered a variety of drinks, including local craft beers, which paired perfectly with my meal.
Overall, Fire Hall Pizza is a gem that I highly recommend. Whether you’re dining in or ordering for delivery, you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for my next visit! 🍕✨
