Rude management and servers. Pathetic food

I have never had pasta/ pizza that is soo mediocre. The sausage on the pizza was absolutely disgusting and the pasta in general had very little sauce and also stale.

🥇We ordered “Alfredo chicken pasta” and pizza , both were amazing.
🥇Pizza’s bread was not that thick not that thin with a good taste, seems like they bake themselves.
🥇interior design followed it’s name “firehall“ and it was a thought behind each component of the restaurant even windows.

It's great having a good pizza spot in the village, especially one with so many ready to order options and servers happy to take your order while rocking their firefighter outfits!

The seasonal drinks are a must. I had the warm caramel apple cider which hit the spot this weekend with temperatures reaching almost -20. The place was crowded, yet we still got our food very quickly. This place is great for large groups as there's a lot of seating. Definitely recommended!

They have good vegetarian options. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. We ordered the veg. Caprese Sandwich, veggie balls, and penne pasta for our kids.

The menu is impressive, featuring a wide variety of options to cater to all taste buds. I decided to go for their signature pizza, and I was not disappointed! The crust was perfectly baked—crisp on the outside yet wonderfully chewy inside. The toppings were fresh and generous, with a delightful balance of flavors. Each bite was a flavor explosion, and you could tell that high-quality ingredients were used.

Another highlight was the creative selection of specialty pizzas, which made it hard to choose just one. I can’t wait to come back and try the others!

The service was exceptional as well. My order was taken promptly, and the staff checked in to ensure everything was to my liking without being intrusive. I also appreciated that they offered a variety of drinks, including local craft beers, which paired perfectly with my meal.

The lady that served us at the walk up window was so kind!! I hope her and her family have the most blessed Christmas!! Also we were told in the village their pizza was the best and they did not disappoint!!! Currently in our hotel room eating cheese pizza watching home alone. Thank you all 🙏

I was surprised to see that they have customized their menu so well.There was a pizza name "Namaste Pizza" it was so delicious which made me feel like home taste in India and Virgin Mojito was also very Good. Most intrestingily there was a person walking through all the table may be he was owner or Manager i am not sure he was making sure that everything is fine(regarding taste and service) which made me feel very satisfactory.

Pizza is fine. Service was simple but ok until the bill time. Just got a pizza, and when paying, the waiter put 25% service charge on the top himself. There was no option to change or select. I guess it is a minimum they want to charge because it was just a pizza, but what a way to ruin the end of the meal. Not even a heads up.

The food was great, but our experience was affected by an issue we encountered with the manager. We had brought outside food for our baby, and while the waiter respectfully informed us of the policy and offered to consult the manager, the manager’s response was disappointing. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the manager was rude and used inappropriate language. When I asked, “So what are we going to do about it?” the manager simply replied, “I don’t know.” As a manager, they should focus on problem-solving and customer service.

He even told me that i should have a “common sense” to know that outside food isnt allowed which for me thats rude to say to a customer saying like we are dumb not to know that
