Good prices, pleasant staff. No Wifi. You can just sit and warm up.Dietary restrictions: I took coffee without caffeine, but, unfortunately, all vegetable milk with sugar.

GET YOUR RECEIPTS and check them. Today we got pizza combos and then hot chocolate later on. I sent the 12 year olds to get the food/drink and pay themselves. 4 separate transactions at two separate times of day and 2 different tellers and every single one was incorrect - they were overcharged. I went back and had them correct the charges for 3 of them (which they did). I didn’t have the energy to have them correct the 4th as I felt already guilty holding up the line.

Pretty bad overall. The burger is alright, though a bit dry. They forgot half my order and I had to inquire. When the truffle park fries did come they forgot the garlic aioli. Thanks god I had a free meal voucher because the prices here are astronomical.Service is poor and the quality of the food just isn’t good either.

In 2021 and 2022, this restaurant and the Bull Wheel served chili in a bread bowl. The bread bowl was also garlic bread on the inside and lid. I loved it and expected the same when I ordered it this past weekend. Instead I was hand a paper bowl and told to help myself and take a hard bun next to the chili. The bread bowl chili is better for the environment and overall a better experience. As well, when we got there around 11:30 am, the restaurant was maybe about 1/3 capacity. The hostess tried to seat us in the isle where everyone walks past and us drafty. We asked to sit at one of the many vacant window tables. We were told we could, but that we should be prepared to be moved when it gets busy. It never even got to 50% while we were there.

So there are 2 chalets at Blue Mountain that you can order food from. The north conference center that's attached to the Happy Valley slope and this one, Grand Central Lodge Cafe which is smack dab in the middle of the resort.Pricing is egregious. Right off the bat I'll say that. Price gouging at its finest because of so many tourists coming in during winter. In terms of quality, there are only a few items that I would say fall into the "good" category. The fried pickles and the chilli (sometimes the other soups are good too). The pizza is from a pizza pizza rotating heat machine (so it passes as edible) and the pasta is hit or miss (depending on which cook makes it for you; seasoning varies WILDLY). If I'm being brutally honest, all other food items are quite bad. If you're looking for convenience and some quick energy (which is what the majority of ppl eating here are looking for) then look no further. The chalet is literally at the base of the main ski slopes. But if you're looking for good grub, you'll find it OUTSIDE the resort (I still maintain that the Iron Skillet is the best resto in Collingwood).

2022 December 3★It's nice that they take reservations, though not sure how long they keep it for you. Order your food and it's table service.Pulled pork tacos with fries and drink ~$18 was OK. Though not enough pulled pork.Hamburger with poutine and drink ~$25The hamburger was OK. The poutine could have had more gravy. Fries were clearly not hot enough.Overall, it's OK. A good amount of tables inside.

Pathetic service. We ordered a whole pizza and waited for an hour. Whrn we asked about our order, we got to know that our order was given to somebody else. They didnt apologise for their mistake and nothing.

The burger tasted like rubber. Paid $6 for one corn on the cob. Seriously?

This place has changed a lot and isn't currently cafeteria style. You order, and then they bring you a tray with your order. It was $5.32 for a 500m bottle of pop...come on, seriously???
