Service was very bad, lady serving us wasn't welcoming at all, she seems to be in rush, no customer service skills, I took a cocktail, and it tasted just like spirit and ice, the place is dark and there is a funny smell. Am not going back again to this place.

I’ve loved this place so many times. It’s hard to not give them a high review. However, here’s what happened during my last visit that has changed my perspective.

I have an extreme aversion to pickles. I haven’t tested for an allergy but when I eat pickles I get sick for days.

I told the waitress about my “allergy” yet my burger came out with pickles. She seemed apologetic and replaced the burger. I took one bite of the new burger and knew it had pickles. I think I got a new bun. Then there was a dressing on the burger that contained pickles.

One bite and I felt ill for three days.

The burger sat on the table with one bite and the only comment from the waitress was to ask whether I wanted to take it home.

Really disappointing service after so many great experiences.

If you don’t have an allergy I’d give it a 4+ star rating. If you do, I’d stay away. They don’t respect it.

Just my opinion.

Had the salami sandwich. Great bread, herbed, crunchy and buttery. The sandwich filling itself was hard to eat because it was so much meat and the one kind of salami was too tough to bite through. Was also a little dry. Tasted good just uncomfortable to eat. Good fries and friendly service. Nothing particularly good or bad about the location or decor.

Best place that we went to during our stay at Blue Mountain Resort Inn.
The food was delicious, served promptly, and the waitress was beautiful and extremely nice ❤️🙏 I had the chicken wrap, shared it with my husband 😋 we had fries, and an order of onion rings. My daughter had the Nacos. We had a couple of cocktails and a beer. The bill was only $100. Great price, for the huge servings of food.
I highly suggest eating here if you stay at the Inn.

We had an amazing experience at Jozo's Bar! The nachos were absolutely huge-loaded with all the right toppings and perfectly satisfying. But what really made the visit stand out was Dani, our server. She was not only incredibly pleasant and witty but also super knowledgeable about the area. Her recommendations made the experience even better, and she was so helpful throughout our time there. It's rare to get such great service, and Dani really made it special.
Highly recommend stopping by for the food and, of course, the top-notch service!

There was no service and I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and all the waiters ignored me and my order.

Service there was great. They were quick to help.

Food was pretty on point as expected. The Avalanche fries though weren't as good as I expected. The poutine was good. Fries were very crispy even after the gravy. Burgers were good. French onion soup was perfect. Caesar salad tastes almost exactly like the Keg. No complaints! Great spot to eat if you want a quick bite at Blue.

First time at Jozo's at Blue Mountain. We had skied earlier in the day and decided to go around 6 pm for dinner. The atmosphere was very lively and it was crowded. There was also a very good, 3 piece band providing entertainment. We got the Fish and Chips and it was very good, fresh and crisp, but not greasy and the gravy tasted homade.
The Fries seemed very fresh, my only complaint is they need to provide more of them, which is the only reason I give the food, 4 stars instead of 5.
The staff we dealt with were nice, polite and professional. Just be forewarned that if you go on a Friday, during SKI season, between 5 and 7:30 pm, it will be pakced !

Great atmosphere great people but not even close to a reasonable price. 20$ for one drink is Ludacris even if it is in blue mountain. DO BETTER RUSTY!!!!! Not impressed.

Disappointed with Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Jozo’s Bar at Blue Mountain. On December 26th, they double charged me $95.10. Despite sending someone in person with my card, receipt, and a photo of the double charge, they still haven’t refunded the amount as of today, January 2nd.

They initially promised to investigate the issue but have not followed up or taken action. Every time I reach out, they offer excuses about being “busy,” which is unacceptable for resolving such a straightforward issue. It should not take this long to refund money that was mistakenly taken.

I’m deeply disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from a place at a reputable resort like Blue Mountain. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend Jozo’s Bar because they made the mistake there is no apology or action taken despite the effort on my end to retrieve what they owe me.

Customer service is lacking, stood at the door for extended period of time and we were not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. Ended up seating ourselves (there's no sign that says wait to be seated or please seat yourself which would be very helpful). Proceeded to watch every person do the same as they came into the place.
Our server greeted us and brought menus, we had seen a special online but not on the menu and she said it was available. Found it a bit strange that they didn't communicate the daily special.
We did see a chalk board with the specials listed after we had ordered but you couldn't read it from your seat.
Ordered the fish and chips, and we received our food pretty quickly. The coleslaw was aweful but the chips were pretty good!
