We had an amazing experience at Jozo's Bar! The nachos were absolutely huge-loaded with all the right toppings and perfectly satisfying. But what really made the visit stand out was Dani, our server. She was not only incredibly pleasant and witty but also super knowledgeable about the area. Her recommendations made the experience even better, and she was so helpful throughout our time there. It's rare to get such great service, and Dani really made it special.
Highly recommend stopping by for the food and, of course, the top-notch service!

There was no service and I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and all the waiters ignored me and my order.

Service there was great. They were quick to help.
Food was pretty on point as expected. The Avalanche fries though weren't as good as I expected. The poutine was good. Fries were very crispy even after the gravy. Burgers were good. French onion soup was perfect. Caesar salad tastes almost exactly like the Keg. No complaints! Great spot to eat if you want a quick bite at Blue.

First time at Jozo's at Blue Mountain. We had skied earlier in the day and decided to go around 6 pm for dinner. The atmosphere was very lively and it was crowded. There was also a very good, 3 piece band providing entertainment. We got the Fish and Chips and it was very good, fresh and crisp, but not greasy and the gravy tasted homade.
The Fries seemed very fresh, my only complaint is they need to provide more of them, which is the only reason I give the food, 4 stars instead of 5.
The staff we dealt with were nice, polite and professional. Just be forewarned that if you go on a Friday, during SKI season, between 5 and 7:30 pm, it will be pakced !

Great atmosphere great people but not even close to a reasonable price. 20$ for one drink is Ludacris even if it is in blue mountain. DO BETTER RUSTY!!!!! Not impressed.
Disappointed with Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with Jozo’s Bar at Blue Mountain. On December 26th, they double charged me $95.10. Despite sending someone in person with my card, receipt, and a photo of the double charge, they still haven’t refunded the amount as of today, January 2nd.
They initially promised to investigate the issue but have not followed up or taken action. Every time I reach out, they offer excuses about being “busy,” which is unacceptable for resolving such a straightforward issue. It should not take this long to refund money that was mistakenly taken.
I’m deeply disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I expected much better from a place at a reputable resort like Blue Mountain. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend Jozo’s Bar because they made the mistake there is no apology or action taken despite the effort on my end to retrieve what they owe me.

Customer service is lacking, stood at the door for extended period of time and we were not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. Ended up seating ourselves (there's no sign that says wait to be seated or please seat yourself which would be very helpful). Proceeded to watch every person do the same as they came into the place.
Our server greeted us and brought menus, we had seen a special online but not on the menu and she said it was available. Found it a bit strange that they didn't communicate the daily special.
We did see a chalk board with the specials listed after we had ordered but you couldn't read it from your seat.
Ordered the fish and chips, and we received our food pretty quickly. The coleslaw was aweful but the chips were pretty good!

Excellent service from a lovely boy named josh, fantastic people skills and very fast with his job super attentive and just a very well mannered young man.
While I was watching him serve I saw customers treating him poorly, yet he kept it completely professional. All the workers are fantastic but a big shoutout to him!
Also shoutout to a young man named Dylan, super attentive, very hard working and very good people skills. Both of these boys are great workers.
I’ve been here a few times and never had such great service, they both were always asking and offering but not hovering. Very well mannered and patient even with difficult customers, super proud of the people who employed these young men, you did great!.

Got the fish tacos. The sauce on the taco was the consistency of milk so it ran out all over plate and made the taco wrap soggy and impossible to eat. Lettuce was old and limp. Only good part was the fish. Service was fine, quick and friendly but no attempt was made to rectify poor quality food. Just a shrug of the shoulders.
