I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves recognition. On Saturday, November 29th, I visited Menchie’s for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. There were many different toppings and flavours to choose from, and the two female employees working were very helpful. They explained how everything worked and gave me an idea of what the final cost of a cup would be. The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting and trying it at least once. Keep in mind that the more you put in, the higher the final cost will be.

Munchies at Blue Mountain is a great spot to grab a quick bite after hanging out in the village. The food is tasty and great for when you’re craving The place has a chill vibe, and the staff are friendly and quick. It’s not fancy, but it’s a solid go-to spot when you want something fast and delicious.

Got a painful canker sore after having ice cream from this place. Their frozen desserts are overloaded with sugar, and honestly not worth the price. It’s also quite expensive for a self-serve store. Definitely not going back.

Absolutely horrible mango flavour, it tastes like artificial bitter chemicals, I love mango and was really disappointed. Not to mention the high prices to top it off the disappointment. But plus point for really nice and organized environment.

I have been a regular customer at this establishment for the last four years and I have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with friendly staff and the yogurt is always delicious! This location has a large variety of flavours with many toppings to choose from, I will definitely be returning! If you’re coming to Blue Mountain, you CANNOT skip this place!

They really have pretty good variety of flavour options and the endless toppings of the world to go with the yogurt. I really had a good experience! Will definitely visit again!

They don’t let you try flavors so you don’t know what you’ll end up with. My daughter hated hers and it was like $7. Not the best experience.

I don't mind paying for overpriced quality service/product in general but this store delivers a slushy artificial ice cream not yougurt. I know how real frozen yogurt tastes.

Since those Indian turbans took over there's not as much selection granted being there you're going to pay a lot of money for stuff but now I went there and I can't even buy anything that I wanted like sour cream strange but they did have some outdated product like some onion dip for $9.99 and they stood there and they laughed and talked their game how are they making money there

I came here on september 1st with a group of 15 people. I asked for a sample of the cake batter flavour and the 2 girls working said no, then continued gossiping. I threw the little bit of ice cream I had in the garbage and left. Customer Service is zero here.

This place should be investigated, it's that bad. They're serving lots of frozen water mixed with tiny bit of yogurt to the tourists who have very limited options in the private resort. I've tried Menchies in other places and it's way better and different than this one. If Menchies really want to survive, they should definitely investigate what this franchise is doing behind the curtains.
