Vegan gravy tasted a bit odd, saving grace was guac and sour cream. No place to sit and for some reason fries were taking more than 15 minutes to be prepared. Totally avoidable only hyped by vloggers

If anyone a try world’s worst poutine this is the best place. Pay extra and get cheaper quality of food which makes this place more exciting. Do not order anything from there this is best place for a world’s lol food

Disgusting. If I could zero stars I would. The food was watered down and oily ( got a large chicken shawarma for 18$) the taste was terrible I ordered my poutine at 12:11pm went to get a drink from Tim’s and went to go find somewhere to eat found the food was disgusting (had maybe 6 bites max) compared to when I usually get it every year so I was planning to go back and talk to them but it started to rain so waited a couple of minutes and went back at 12:43 to talk to them to see what they could do. ( my family also got two other but threw it out same thing happens to theirs it was watered down and flavorless) for 18 when I got there I let them know that I wasn’t trying to be mean or start anything I was just disappointed in what happened. The lady that was working on cash told me the could do anything because it was a hour after? 12:11-12:43 1 hour??? But that’s beside the point she talked to me as if I was a child and was not professional at all and was not nice in the slightest bit And called me a liar for saying the food wasn’t watered down from the beginning???? then said she would call her manager in a mean tone of voice. The General manager comes out to talk to me and says that because it wasn’t fresh that they couldn’t do anything (it was still warm) he wasn’t in the mood of being nice to customers and listening in a customer oriented company I would thing customers and the service that you provide is the most important?????? But no was talking in a rude manner was not trying to be helpful and did not want to be there as someone who has worked in customer service before and has had training that was one of the most important part knowing how to talk to customers. Said the best he could do was a small because I ate half I did not (will show a photo) at this point I was upset at the way they treated me I wasn’t upset at the 18!!!! Dollars I spent it was the principal of how all the workers were talking and treating me and told me I could just give a review sooo I’m doing exactly that. He ended up taking the poutine but I asked for it back and he was hesitant because he probably had a hunch that I was going to take photos and videos of it (I did). Ended up calling security because he didn’t want to talk to me anymore and went into the back of the store until security came and was not telling the store correctly. So lastly I am greatly disappointed in how they handled and treated the situation and by belittling me and calling me a liar in the end I threw it out with out getting any compensation for it soooo will never come back and recommend you don’t either. Don’t get food here it’s over priced rude workers and managers and not tasty at all recently.

Probably my the worst poutine I’ve had in my life. Fries to gravy to cheese curd ratio did not exist and the fries aren’t event overly good. The lady who helped me was not helpful and $5 for extra gravy.

The large portion is enough for two people. There is a lot of gravy but just a little bit of meat. It is not bad. 😋

Got the chicken shawarma poutine, paid 17 bucks for it and it tasted well below average very disappointing and not happy with it. The chicken wasn’t well flavoured

Ordered a large fry and gravy just to taste the fresh cut fries and boy was I disappointed. Save your money and don't waste $15 on fries and gravy if you want McDonald's quality and you only pay &4 at McDonald's. I was expecting a nice "Canadian" tasting experience with fresh cut fries and the fries were horrible. I'm a Fry fanatic and I know good tasting fresh cut fries. Go support a local chip truck instead. This place isn't the same any more.
