O&B used to be very good but the food quality has fallen behind and the service is now insanely slow. We were disappointed to say the least as this used to be a great restaurant.

Great food and service. Nice presentation, very tasty. The patio is a bit noisy from the swimming pool next door, but it did not bother us much.

Long weekend and a long wait for food and service was intermittent throughout. I can tell our waiter was trying, but for the nature of O&B, we expected more for how much they charge for everything.

They ran out of draft beer and then the one kind of canned beer we had ordered. Air conditioning wasn't keeping up on one of the hottest days of the year. No atmosphere in the restaurant.

Our favourite restaurant to eat at by far. We always leave so impressed by the food from start to finish. It never disappoints. So much flavour and they source their ingredients locally. Don't hesitate to eat at this incredible restaurant.

Service and food were both amazing! Our server Mackenzie was very nice and was an absolute delight! So far the best restaurant we have eaten at at Blue Mountain

Walked in to do a take out order. Literally no hostess or front of house staff or bar server to greet me for 10 minutes. Finally someone came and I was able to placed a take out order and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and again, no hostess or staff in sight for 10 minutes. Still ended up having to wait for my food.

A manager happened to come out of the woodwork and tell me that she was doing interviews and that’s why no one was around. No apology.

I’ve never experienced a restaurant with no front out house staff to keep the business coming in.

Had a wonderful dinner at O&B for a small birthday celebration. We started with a few sharables—the salmon tostadas were fresh and absolutely delicious. I had the lamb rack dish for my main, which was recommended by our server Sam, and it did not disappoint! Cooked perfectly and full of flavors. Excellent food and attentive service made for a great evening. Highly recommend!

Ritvik's genuine care and effort to effectively accommodate my Mom's dietary needs and provide a wonderful dinner experience for our whole family demonstrated outstanding and very attentive customer service. He is amazing! We all were very happy with our meals. Compliments to the chef!

Below average food and service. It took almost an hour for the food to come out. Needless to say, everyone at the table had lost their appetite by then. Also, the food is nowhere close to being as good as the locations in Toronto (which have all closed permanently).

Will definitely not be returning.

We’re showing our foreign guests Blue Mountain village and we happen to have a gift card here so we brought them. Our first time and really liked the place, it’s open design and has outdoor seating as well overlooking the pond. Beautiful set-up located inside The Westin Trillium House. The food was great, even during happy hour, on which we were. The hosts and servers chatted with the 5-year old with us and were generous and accommodating. Definitely a great experience.

Stayed at Westin Trillium for 2 nights with teens and dog and was looking forward to dinner with just my wife. Unfortunately, maybe because we looked like we might not order a ton of food, we received scant table service. After finishing our spring rolls and pizza we were considering ordering more food or dessert but we waited over 20 mins at a time it was not busy at all and no one came to see us. Finally we got up to look for someone so we could pay up. First time in my memory I did not leave a tip and I am usually generous. Also, over-priced food/drink e.g. $15 for 5 oz of average quality Spanish wine? Disappointing!
