Very slow service, the staff is confused, no direction only one person making the coffee. Even the person taking Perez were so confused. Took so long to perp the Oder even it was not busy only a few customers still the staff can’t manage

Drinks, service and atmosphere is consistently good in almost every location. I love that you can ask for very specific customizations and where other places may be annoyed, Starbucks welcomes it. Some wait times can be quite long so be sure to order ahead through the app! The app is fairly intuitive and user friendly.

NOT RECOMMENDING. price is higher thn other Starbucks. Also, this store is not linked with the Starbucks app because of price change maybe cuz they r charging higher thn regular price. Was exciting to try my favourite drink here but tasted disappointing.

I tried to pay with the app and the teller said it was broken. The same thing happened the day before. The teller they said it broke over a week ago and no one knows when it will be fixed.

If i were able to give 0 stars i would have. The staff sooo rude, don’t know what they are doing. Made my order completely wrong and blamed it on me, and the attidtude the gave me was horrible. I felt they were a bit racist towards us, they had a group of other people that were treated very nicely. Especially all the men working here.

Better gettet your drinks somewhere else. Horrible place, horrible people. Spolied my mood for the vacation

Whoever manages this needs a reality check. The folks working have no clue what’s going on or how to work efficiently. 30+ mins for a small black coffee.

Super busy location. They need a better system as to how they prepare the drinks. I stood for about 20 minutes for two drinks. They kept taking order even though the people making the drinks were so far behind.

Unhappy place of work it seems. Let them know it was my birthday and they wouldn’t accept my ID, tried to scan my Starbucks card and they said they didn’t accept Starbucks cards? Plus the coffee they made was horrendous, filled half way with warm milk and the rest foam the coffee probably weighed 2g. Great way to start a day let alone my birthday. Should’ve gone to Tim Hortons
