They didn't close the lid of my drink properly and spilled all over me. When I told them about it, they asked me what I wanted them to do. They gave me a napkin, and when I asked if they had wet tissue by any chance, they just coldly replied, “we don’t have,” like bruh… you didn't close the lid of my drink and spilled all over my whit clothes.

Staff are very rude.

Worst experience ever in my life. Today I went to get my matcha and I asked about her name but she ignored like she don’t care about my question. I look at her name tag it seems like Bria. I Will recommend never visit at Starbucks . She don’t know how to make drink. She collect half stuff and then she get confused and read book to complete the drink. I would say disrespectful behaviour and untrained employees

Very poor customer service. I placed a mobile order and went to the outside window for pickup. Several employees walked by, and not one of them mentioned that the window wasn’t being used at the time. I eventually went inside and asked for a tray, only to be met with a finger point toward where they were located.

As someone who works in the service industry, I found this behaviour a little rude and disappointing. I always try to start my mornings in a good mood, but being treated this way was really disheartening. It would be helpful if the staff could put up a simple sign when the window isn’t in use and show a bit more courtesy by communicating with customers rather than ignoring them. At least the coffee was good!

I love this starbucks place!! Literally one of my favorite starbucks shops ever! All of the staff are very welcoming and make sure you are taken care of. Especially Skye- one of the baristas, is the sweetest person ever. Also don't be rude. So many people are rude in this starbucks, and the staff doesn't deserve this treatment.

This Starbucks location is super convenient, especially for guests staying at the Grand Georgian Hotel! It actually has two doors — one that opens to the Village and another that connects directly to the hotel — which makes it so much easier for hotel guests.
Especially in the mornings, it feels like you’ve got a ready-to-go coffee spot right downstairs to start your day! The staff are really friendly too, which makes the experience even better.

I come to this Starbucks at least twice a week and it’s always great but busy. Today, however I have to leave a review. This is because I got the best Pink Drink I’ve ever had — made by Reiko! Seriously, it was perfect. Reiko always makes my drinks just right and is super friendly every single time. And shoutout to Connor and Skye too — they’re always so sweet and keep the vibes up every time I stop by. The whole team here is awesome, but Reiko, Connor and Skye definitely deserve extra credit for making my day (and my drink) amazing!

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks yesterday evening. I came in with my baby to sit and relax for a bit, and just as I was about to settle down, one of the staff members said, “Just to let you know, we’re closing in five minutes.” The way it was said felt rude and unwelcoming — there was no warmth or courtesy in the tone. It could have easily been communicated in a more polite way or after I’d sat down.

On top of that, I ordered a mocha, and they added whipped cream without even asking me. That’s basic customer service — you should always confirm before adding something.

Overall, the experience felt rushed and dismissive. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks (Blue Mountain Village). I arrived at 7:25 a.m., knowing it opens at 7:30, and waited patiently at the window. While other customers who arrived after me were greeted and welcomed in at opening, I was completely ignored.

When I finally approached, the staff member responded in a rude, dismissive way instead of explaining politely. As the only person of color there, the difference in treatment felt discriminatory and unwelcoming.

Starbucks is known for inclusivity and warmth, but this location fell far short.

Drinks, service and atmosphere is consistently good in almost every location. I love that you can ask for very specific customizations and where other places may be annoyed, Starbucks welcomes it. Some wait times can be quite long so be sure to order ahead through the app! The app is fairly intuitive and user friendly.
