I visited this branch today to get a coffee (like I do everyday as I live locally). When served at the till by Claire, she refused to apply my staff discount because I couldn’t prove I was staff. Even a member of management advise her to put the discount on, she still insisted on evidence. I have lived with this individual in staff accommodation for 7 months and received my staff discount everyday I go into the store, she is well aware I am staff. I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect. The staff here are always beyond lovely and I never have any issues except when Claire is working on the tills. Consistently rude, unprofessional and has no customer service skills.

Starbucks at Blue. Iconic, cozy, and fitting. I will often swing by the village to grab a Starbucks after a day at the spa, a morning on the slopes, or a scenic escarpment hike.

If you want to drink somewhat sweet brownish water , get your hot chocolate here...... worst hot chocolate ever
Was having an evening stroll and decided to get some drinks, their payment system was not working so they decided to give the drinks for free. Couldn’t even leave a tip since I had no cash. 10/10 service, will definitely leave double tip next time, they deserve it!
