000000 The reception girls are very bad. They bully people and talk in a rude way. One of them also spoke and acted with me in a very bad manner, (the people serve inside they are nice) just the front girls they are rude- the blonde and black hair young girls which I did not expect from this place at all.

Ask for Debra... She was a wonderful server. Sunset Grill is a solid breakfast chain, the one in Collingwood Village is a bit quirkier, with an eclectic selection of mugs and different salt and pepper shakers at each table. Excellent choice for breakfast and lunch.

Debra the server was by far the most professional and attentive server one could hope for. The restaurant was clean, friendly and the food was delicious. They served a large group and treated all with respect. I highly recommend this establishment.

If you’re on the hunt for a breakfast spot that nails the classics without draining your wallet, look no further than Sunset Grill. This place is the real deal—simple, satisfying, and consistently delicious.

The menu covers all the morning essentials: fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, fresh fruit, and home fries that hit just right. And their signature all-day breakfast? A total win for those of us who believe eggs and toast taste better after 11 a.m. 🙌

What really stands out—besides the food—is the service. The staff is always upbeat, attentive, and fast without making you feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in keeping the vibe friendly and relaxed.

And let’s talk value: for the quality and portion sizes you get, the prices are more than fair. It’s the kind of place you can go to regularly without blowing your budget.

Whether you're fueling up for the day or grabbing a casual bite with friends or family, Sunset Grill serves up great breakfasts at even better prices, all with a smile.

This is the place to have some nice breakfast or brunch during vacation and relaxing. The waitress is friendly and nice. Pancakes are soft and nice. Bacon is thick and juicy. My dog sat inside the bag in the patio while we were enjoying the food.

Shout out to the whole Staff at Sunset Grill for grinding it out after Canada Day. Everyone was smiling and accommodating.
Actually it was above and beyond our expectations. Legendary Spot.

We ate here on the last day of our trip. One of the few places open early in the Blue Mountain Village. Nice and quiet in the morning. We also liked all of the different salt and pepper shakers.

If you desperate for breakfast this breakfast chain is ok but be wary of a few things. Park in the free area and walk into the village but don’t fall victim to the paid lot that’s slightly closer. The food is another story.
None of the meals include coffee but it is bottomless unfortunately it’s incredibly bad coffee and they charge $3.50 for the privilege of drinking bad coffee.
The breakfasts here are an ordeal since the place in the morning is a mad house and insanely loud and chairs/tables are very close together. We had a guy behind us who needed to be arms length from his table and we got squished .
The food itself is adequate but pricey . The eggs are generally fine but mine was over cooked . Home fries now are these tiny nuggets I’m guessing to make them easier to cook evenly without burning which could happen on the bigger chunks. The meat here is its saving grace . Bacon was not too Smokey and well cooked. The waffles and pancakes are fine but the French toast is a disaster. Basically bread dipped in egg and very dense/ hard with strong flavour of some kind of egg product. French toast is supposed to be like egg custard, egg and milk , usually with some vanilla but this had no custard texture just solid and dense. Not overcooked but just poorly prepared. Plus they charge a premium for the “French connection”. With two sausage and two bacon it’s $20 with homefry bits and 3 eggs.
If you’re in the village I’d suggest doing either the light breakfast with fruit or the meat only option with eggs. Their carb offerings are quite mediocre and don’t order the French toast . Don’t order the coffee… no matter how many cups you get they’re all bad cheap quality. I’d rather have 1 good cup than 3 bad cups. McDonald’s coffee is much better!

No complains with food. But our server KRISTI treated us very rudely, was not at all welcoming and ruined our experience giving us attitude. We didn’t order the unnecessary attitude of yours in our breakfast. Please don't be ruining other people’s day if you haven’t had a better one yourself.
