This is one of the best Tim Hortons Store I have visited so far. The staffs were polite and warm. A double double with obviously their attitude made our day better lol😃. Even the food taste better that what i generally get from tims.

want to post an incident of the TIM HORTONS manager and one of there ill mannered staff member looked young and asian bit healthy and short in height!
My mother was eating the food and one of there employees came and directly said my mother to get up she needs the chair to stand up i mean how can someone say thats the first thing!
Second after she left my mother politely said can you please clean the chair she said i will not do and said i dont care and went inside.
I then went to the manager just to say him that call that employee and say her to apologise he simply said thats not going to happen i can do wateva i want to there were so many people which saw that incident and everyone out there supported me because they saw it but manager said call the security later manager went inside and again came inside abusing me in hindi language which was so insulting.
I HOPE TIME HORTONS AUTHORITIES SEES THIS MATTER TO UPMOST PRIORITY AND SACK THE MANAGER AND THAT EMPLOYEE

I went to the Tim Hortons in Blue Mountain Village and had Shekhar taking my order. He was very nice and polite and made sure all of my cousins and I were satisfied. If I was in charge of the pay, I would definitely give him a raise. Thanks Shekhar!

It’s my 3rd visit here. I ignored the first two times.
Shop is dirty. Flies roaming in the donuts and cookies cabinet. My child wanted one but I didn’t get it bcz of tht.

I ordered two iced capp the guy gave me one and while I was waiting for the other one he asked me what is your order and I told him I was waiting for another iced capp, and then he figured something that he messed up orders and he started yelling at me and said why did you take this coffee it wasn’t yours but he was the one who handed it over to me saying this is your iced capp. He was so rude, and didn’t know how to behave. Worst experience
