I ordered my meal like usual and when I received it wasn’t what I ordered, this seems to be the normal with this location in particular. Then while explaining to the male clerk what I ordered he was trying to confuse me. I told him I don’t eat pork, then he says again u ordered sausage?? I’m getting to a point with this location anyway of just not doing any business there. Who thought someone can screw up such a simple small order. I did feel they were playing games with me, it was intentional . I do believe there was discrimination here at this location . Hate to think that this is in Canada now, but I sure felt it.

Two coffees cost 6 dollars here . They have different prices then normal tim hortons.

Even with my exceptionally low expectations for Tim's, this location still managed to limbo under that very low bar. Burnt dried out hashbrowns. Bagels that were clearly from a day or two before and barely warmed, let alone toasted. Breakfast sandwich looked like they had thrown it across the room a few times before tossing into the bag. Also note that there is virtually no indoor seating here.

The store was very dirty especially their washroom..They were literally out of tissues. Garbage (tampons, pads, wipes) were on the floor. I went there around 1:30 pm but it was super dirty and then around 4:45 pm the situation was even more worse. Here is attached pictures as evidence.

We placed an order for 6 drinks they didn’t serve us the 2 fv saying that the machine is not working which is acceptable but we waited there for 20 minutes and then I requested them to replace it with a coffee instead and was told it would take even longer. For real?
A coffee would take a maximum of 7 minutes to brew and this kind of service is devastating
We had to leave without the drinks

Just 15 minutes ago, I had an extremely positive customer service experience. There were two employees, a lady and a gentleman who were very kind and polite. I would like to emphasize on their customer service and say that if every business had employees like the ones I encountered this evening, they would have 10/10 on every review.
