We placed an order for 6 drinks they didn’t serve us the 2 fv saying that the machine is not working which is acceptable but we waited there for 20 minutes and then I requested them to replace it with a coffee instead and was told it would take even longer. For real?
A coffee would take a maximum of 7 minutes to brew and this kind of service is devastating

Just 15 minutes ago, I had an extremely positive customer service experience. There were two employees, a lady and a gentleman who were very kind and polite. I would like to emphasize on their customer service and say that if every business had employees like the ones I encountered this evening, they would have 10/10 on every review. I have yet to experience a worst Timmies.
Ordered 2 Boston creams and 1 vanilla dip. Paid. Then they said they didn't have any more Boston creams (understandable). I chose 2 others. In about 30 seconds they pull out fresh Boston cream donuts. So I ask if I can switch the 2 donuts for the Boston creams and had I known it was a 30 second wait, I would have waited.
They ask to confirm it was just the 2 Boston creams and I said yes. They took the bag of 3 donuts and came back with 2 Boston creams.
So I had to ask for my vanilla dip back (here's hoping it didn't go in the trash and they dipped it out because it was the last one). They get me the vanilla dip back and we sit down and the donut icing was just everywhere.
I try to be understanding but this was just horrible. They have such a tiny space and are trying to serve so many people at once that it isn't a good experience for anyone, including staff I imagine.
They really need to reconsider their system. This is a huge tourist area and it's utter chaos. I'm shocked it's been functioning this long as is.

Value wise it's the best place in the village. However service leaves a lot to be desired. There was a walk up window with no signage indicating it was closed, people were waiting outside the window to order and staff were just ignoring them cluelessly.
The pizza toppings were not put on properly and the wedges portion was very light

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. The staff member taking my order seemed completely detached and unresponsive, almost as if she were in a daze. This lack of engagement resulted in several mistakes with my order. It's unacceptable that a basic service like taking orders could be so mishandled. Tim Hortons should urgently address this issue with rigorous customer service training to ensure staff are both attentive and competent. This experience was a glaring example of poor service that needs immediate correction.
