Excellent choice of options in liquor and food. Very very delicious food. Nice view from patio. 100% loved it
Very nice Patio and super view. Food and service is definitely one of the best for the tourist area. Beer glass size is very big, compare to some other places that we have visited.
Lovely wings and so many options, loved the perfect food. Friendly staff. Very positive experience.
excellent food and very nice staff. very fast service and amazing food options 👌
Great services, Best wings.. very delicious
It was our first time in this restaurant Beautiful view of pond with a great vibe , we liked the food.
Terrible eniviroment, bad service and most of all Food Poisining, relatives got ill from the wings. Do not eat here and ruin your vacation.
I fully get this is a wild wing. I'm not looking for fancy dining.
But when my family - 2 adults and 4 teens - went to this location yesterday we couldnt be more disappointed. I have to say our male server wasn't the issue. The female management and other wait staff however need an attitude check.
Beyond our food being extremely mediocre, (a quesadilla needs cheese to stay together) we waited over 20 mins to be seen by wait staff. We then asked for a pitcher of water to share as it was hot. We received a small glass bottle of water and 6 still dripping (hopefully clean) cups.
Then nothing for 10 mins.
Ok it was kinda busy...
We order. We are now told our order would be longer than normal... Because we were a large group.... We are 6 people.
We are on the patio and it starts to rain. Our nice male server offers for us to move tables or open the umbrella. He helps us and other tables set up umbrellas.
Moments later a female server came out and was very snarky, accusing us trying to cause an issue as there is a big storm coming.... We shouldn't have set it up with our asking... Anyway, so we ignore the rudeness as our food arrived, we moved tables - at the servers original suggestion.
We eat, and then wait.
And wait.
And ask for the bill and take out boxes to that female worker. Nothing for 10 mins.
Ask another female worker. 10 mins nothing.
Finally find the male server... Had to be firm with him to get results. I want the bill please, I don't want to wait any longer.
Finally get the bill, and they added gratuity because we were considered a large group... At 6 people? Normally I would roll with it, even if that's a bit much. But....
I refused to pay this as they did not serve us hardly as a regular table let alone. I told them I refuse. He got a manager - I think, she didn't identify herself. It was the 2nd lady I asked the bill for.
She agreed after arguing about their policies to waive the gratuity.
I agreed to leave what I thought was deserved.
Now I wouldn't have even written this review until this point. Things happen... But as we were leaving my wife and kids all heard the female staff members bad talking my family, making fun of my wife's weight and accusing us of being difficult moving tables. As well as I was leaving another male staff member was very loudly being confrontational as we walked out the door because I didn't say thank you for his holding of the door. Obviously trying to pick a fight.
Perhaps the staff should communicate better amongst themselves to not leave their customers in bad a position. You are very lucky we just didn't walk out after being ignored for over an hour total time. I shouldnt be having to beg to pay.
I will be reaching out to the owner for the conduct of the staff and the comments made about my wife weight and trying to pick a fight when we just wanted to pay a bill for a very poor experience.
Poorly done wild wing. You can do much better especially at a location like this.
Me and my friends went there on labour day weekend, we ordered drinks and food which they served us late than we expected(we had to remind them that we ordered something), we never received any cutlery and hand wipes with our food, and when we confronted them about their bad service the staff just turned blatantly ignorant about the situation and they never apologized. We still paid our bill which was around $76. This was the worst dine-in experience i had in my life, never faced this kinda humiliation at any other restaurants before. Overall our experience was pretty horrible with this location.

Great value for money food, Nashville isn’t that spicy though and garlic bread is actually a flat bread with no taste. Wings are decent but poutine was great

Came to this wild wing and had the most amazing caesar. It was packed with flavor and tasted amazing. Thank you Francy for making the best caesar I've ever had.
Francy is amazing! See her every year we come and always makes us feel so welcome. She also makes the best Caesar’s in the village!
