Wild Wing is great, but Francy behind the bar is why we keep coming back. She makes the best Caesars — always spot-on — and her friendly, welcoming vibe makes the whole place feel better.

Absolutely horrendous service, the waiter kept getting the order wrong because she was too mad to listen and then replied with “I have patience” as if she was doing us a service by taking our order.

We had an amazing experience at wild wing blue mountain!!! Our server was amazing. So kind and so prompt. Just as we thought our food was amazing and couldn’t be topped, we ordered a caesar! Our server was very personable and expressed how she has been working here for 9 years and puts her whole heart into making her caesar’s! Might I say one of the best Caesar’s we ever had!!! Thank you to Francie for making our experience so pleasant. We will be returning!!!

We recently visited this restaurant looking forward to a nice meal, but unfortunately, we left disappointed—not because of the food (which we never got to try), but because of an inflexible and frankly unnecessary seating policy.
We arrived as a party of four and asked to be seated at one of the shaded tables, as it was a particularly sunny day. Despite multiple tables being available (including several that could accommodate larger groups), we were told those tables were reserved for parties of six. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and none of the larger tables were in use or appeared to be reserved.
It’s understandable that restaurants need to manage their seating efficiently, but refusing to seat paying customers at an available table—especially when no other parties were waiting—is poor hospitality. It felt more like policy for policy’s sake, with no regard for the actual guest experience. The Blue Mountain Village prides itself on tourism and customer service so this policy does not align at all! The hostess on Sunday September 21 made a bad decision in not seating us. Waiting for a party of 6 to show up (when it’s not busy) when you have a party of 4 ready to eat and pay is ridiculous. Perhaps she needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
We chose to take our business elsewhere, and we won’t be returning. There are too many great spots nearby that treat all customers with flexibility and respect, regardless of party size.

Wow . Just wow. Francie was Fabulous. From the start to the end. Her energy is so alive, my family and I had a really good time from the service to the customer atention. Happy to see people so happy with what they do.

Me and my friend went later on in the evening for a drink or two and some Appetizers. The food was great everything tasted good the drinks were delicious we got the fish bowls! What made it so enjoyable was the service (Francie) not sure if the name is correct was amazing the drinks she made were the best and it was excellent service.
