We love Grog's! An hour-and-a-half drive across a boarder and worth it. Great food and bev and wonderful staff. Thanks, Grog's... we'll return soon.
it was a busy evening dinner and I understand mistakes happen, but 3 of 4 meals were served incorrectly, incorrect food and incorrect sides. By the time it was "fixed" the food was cold.no offer to remake food. Based on the volume of customers there and their booming take out business, I expected better. I did follow up with management by email and received a response the same day, but not even an apology was provided. Will not be back.
I ordered a 3 piece fish and chips meal and asked for extra tartar sauce. They gave me 4 little things of tartar sauce and charged me an extra $12. will never get food there again. even the woman at the pick up till told me how much of a rip off the place has become.
