Well this is now our local favourite! This is homemade cooking at its best. Simple, fresh, quality ingredients, prepared with thought and served with care. Friendly staff, counter/table or dining room seating. There’s a reason McPherson’s has been in business since 1946. If you’re needing some comfort food or the best butter tarts you’ve ever imagined ( also pies!), you need to go! Bonus - they’ve got a homemade frozen meal section and other conveniences in their small but nicely stocked store!!

Great spot for a meal, supplies and more. Came here a few times over my visits to Grand Bend and always happy with my stay. Fish and chips left something to be desired but everything else was good. Pie was excellent, prices are very good in this day and age, and the menu has options for everyone.

Was just there to get ice cream for my family and I. My one kiddo has food allergies so I asked the girl about a certain ice cream flavour containing those ingredients. The attitude I got in response was out of this world. I finally had to ask what brand the ice cream was and she looked at me like I had 4 heads. I asked if she could grab a clean scoop because other ice cream flavours do contain the allergens. It took almost 10 mins for her to go wash the scoop. I'm trying to convince myself she didnt wash the scoops in toilet water or something. The whole thing was really sketchy and awkward. Ive never had an interaction like that regarding my kiddos allergies. It was so unprofessional.

Amazing dinner here after waiting 1+ hours at Grogs. The waitress was funny and gave great recommendations. Get the bruschetta chicken.
