Do not order from this place. We ordered 2 pizzas online and drove to pick up. Over AN HOUR later we finally are leaving. I had 2 small kids in the car, one of them being an infant. Checked to see if their washroom had a change table cause my smallest had to be changed - nope. Had to try and settle an infant and a toddler for over an hour waiting for $65 pizza. Tried to talk to the “assistant manager” Veronica, she was extremely, extremely rude telling me that the dine in orders come first. Told her the washrooms didn’t have a change table, her response “yeah we never have”… great. Buyer beware, worst customer service and overpriced pizza. Will never return.

Wings were dry and overcooked....pizza was dry and overcooked, was advertised with extra cheese and was not served that way...ordered hot tea to drink and I was brought warm tap water...staff in kitchen area was loud, one knew all of their business that were customers in the establishment...wait staff did not wear hair nets or have their hair up off of their shoulders and our waitress played with her hair constantly and handled food without cleaning her hands before serving food...poutine had very little gravy, so only part of fries had gravy..flies in the establishment as well..not worth the money they charge

Walked in to Kosmos Pizza early this afternoon, I was greeted with a nice cold draughty on tap served by a very efficient Barmaid, I placed my order for a medium Canadian pizza to go, it was on the bar before I finished my beer, when I got home 10 minutes later the pizza was still hot and very delicious, just what I wanted and expected, good job kitchen crew.

The pizza was under cooked.
Also, the pizza sauce is bland, and spread unevenly, way too much in some spots.
The worst sauce I’ve ever had out of any pizza in my life.
Also the medium pizza was a tad small for $26.
Not worth it.

Kosmo’s is great! The service was excellent and the food was great; prices were right. Cant wait till come back!
I got a small pizza and it was about half the size of the pizza box. Very little in the way of toppings, it was over cooked. It was a very terrible pizza and over priced for what you get. Sorry to say but won't be going back there.

The food is good, i had a club sandwich.
French fries are fresh and tasty.
The barmaid was fun and the guy making the meals Matthew was really welcoming .
The owner is watching you via the camera... this is not really fun for the customer nor the staff...
Decor is a bit childish
Prices are a bit high for the portion you get.

This used to be a go-to for solid pizza at a decent price. Now? Over $30 for a large that shows up barely cooked, with barely any sauce, and somehow even less effort. The crust was soft, toppings sparse and tossed on, and the whole thing tasted like it was rushed—except, ironically, it took over an hour to get it.
We were quoted 30–45 minutes for pickup, which would have been fine—until I showed up to an empty, ghost-town storefront and was told “another 10 minutes.” For what? A soggy, flavorless mess? I’ve had better from a freezer aisle.
The only reason this place is still in business is because it has zero competition. And it shows. Frankly, Value Mart or Fosters’ pre-made pizzas are a smarter buy—cheaper, faster, and at least they cook all the way through.
You’re not “better than nothing” anymore. You’re just banking on people having no other option. Do better—or don’t be surprised when people finally stop settling.

They don't answer the phone. Everytime I have called them this year I've had to call anywhere from 5- 7 times and seem to get nothing. You can't leave a message because there box is full. Super not happy with this buisness this year I don't mind there pizza but out of maybe the 15 times a year we get it, birthdays, anniversary ect. Half the time we have to go somewhere else because we can't get a hold of them.

Called in an order to be picked up on our way through Bruce Mines. When my wife came back to the truck she was absolutely shocked,,,,, The small pizza was good, but $ 47.00. I could have eaten the whole thing myself, so over $ 90.00 for a meal for 2,,,,,,,, I don't think so. We won't be back.
