The food is good, when they have it in stock to make what you order. The staff mostly seem to still be in training on some aspects like balancing walking and drive thru order times. Location is convenient while I'm staying at the nearby motel. It would be nice if they could do room service to the motel.

Extremely slow service when you walk inside. They prioritize drive thru. Took 20min to get an order, while over 10+ cars got their order via drive thru. Also we were given a wrong order . How can you screw up 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches ??

It would probably be quicker to pick your coffee beans and make it from scratch than to stop at this location. I arrived at 10am and the store was almost empty. Ordered a coffee and a wrap. While I waited, three other people ordered and got their coffee right away. I then asked the (extremely rude) older lady if I could have my coffee while I waited and all she said was âitâs coming!â Itâs a very loud and condescending term, she basically yelled at me. I get not everyone has customer service skills. However if thatâs the case pick a different job. Very hostile Tim Hortons to stop at

I was driving across the country and stopped at this TH for dive through coffee. The employee said my coffee was free. I asked why and the person at the window giggled and said it was just free. I had ordered coffee with milk. I left and was quite a distance away when I tried my coffee and it was absolutely loaded with sugar. I threw the coffee away. Why they just did not remake the coffee is beyond me. Looking at the reviews, it is not all that surprising. Go some place else for coffee.

11:30 am Sept 1 the young lady takes my order at the cash and all is well until she grabs by coffee cup with her grimy dirty cash register fingers knuckles deep on the inside of my cup . I immediately confronted her and asked her to kindly get me a new cup and donât put your fingers in it . This is how people get sick . The management doesnât train its staff properly? Cross contamination and food safety handling should be taken seriously before you get everyone sick . Does your staff not take a food safety and handling course ? She looked seriously hung over too . Bad experience⊠you donât want to get sick donât go here . If this is what you see front of the house whatâs going on in the back of the house .

It's still a good experience to go get a coffee in town when you are to lazy to make your own. Place is very clean inside. Problem starts with they only have 2 cash registers. Very rare to see second one in use, its usually busy there with a line up, I have only seen them open up second cash once. Why could not one be use for coffee only? During peak hours its not unusual to wait at least 15 -20 minutes with the lineup. If you see a lot of folks inside, use the drive thru! It seems to take priority from staff inside and is usually faster. Donuts. How can you run out of donuts by 6 PM? The wraps: usually cold or just warm in the middle. Good thing most truckers have a microwave in their trucks. Add another 30 seconds or so to your cooking time Tims! The girls working there, always with a smile though, and the coffee is actually hot and very good. Beats the stuff in The Soo! Not impressed with the hours, its closes at 10PM. Get there before 9:00, PM as the drive thru is closed by then at store at 10. and no new coffee is being made. No one ever figured out why its not a 24 hour operation as its right on the highway.

Speedy service in the drive through but attention to detail leaves to be desired. I ordered a plain bagel with peanut butter and noticed after we had driven off that there was no peanut butter (on the bagel or in the bag). We had to drive back. As I explained the situation the teller nonchalantly explained that they donât put it on themselves and that someone just forgot to give the peanut butter. When we drove up to the window, the peanut was sort of rudely handed to us without as much as an apology. This is subpar customer service. Do better.
15 minutes before closing you cannot eat. It's not really serious, I never liked Tim and I wanted to have their new pizza. I just signed his death warrant with me. It's not respectful of customers

Takes extremely long for a simple coffee. If you order food expect a 5-10 minute wait for a simple bagel or wrap that should take 2 minutes. This location is attached to a commercial truck fueling station, the door says closes at 10pm but they lock the doors at 9pm so a trucker who would need a coffee to keep going canât even get one because well weâre to long for drivethru, oh and they wonât serve you unless youâre in a car at the window. Thumbs down from me and I bet any other drivers who would like a coffee at night.

Tim Hortons brags steadily about all day breakfast but not this location, stops serving anything worth eating after 4PM. Arrogant cash staff also has nothing by attitude, often stopped multiple times a week at this location, will now never return and instead go to blind river where they care about the customers
