On two Different Occasions hair was found in my food. Once on a bagel and today in a chicken wrap. I am not pleased by this. I will not be purchasing food from this location again. The bagel I went back in and told the girl and she was rude about it. Today I had eaten almost the whole wrap and was just disgusted.

I used to love visiting Thessalon when I was younger but ever since the Tim Horton's came there has been too much litter!
It’s disgusting that nobody gets paid to clean it up. The Tim Horton's parking lot is always a dump! If that's they want it fine, But there is Tim Horton's litter all over town!! All over the Beach!!!
I hear nothing but horror stories about this location. The owner sounds like a complete monster to work for. They should clean up there litter.
Thessalon as a Town should FINE Tim Horton's for the litter, this is absolutely sad..

Just stopped in for 2 black coffees, so there's not much to say about that, really. (Coffee was good) I liked the Halloween merchandise display. Washrooms were clean. A tiny bit confusing to order in person...there were 2 line ups, 3 registers, wasn't sure which one we were supposed to stand at

This is one of the cleanest Tim Hortons around. I always feel comforted knowing that when I have to use a restroom this one will be clean. The staff are always friendly, courteous and fast. The food always looks like it's prepared with care, unlike other Tim Horton locations that seem to have lost all hope. Clearly the management here is doing an excellent job and it is greatly appreciated as someone who travels approximately 2,000 km a week 😀❤️

This franchise never fully trains their staff. Or you get one that is yawning and not paying attention.; or can’t figure out the cash register buttons and discounts. Always some issue and if Wasn’t for the lack of Country Style locations I wouldn’t even bother going to Tim’s.

We'd give zero stars if we could. Store was still 10 mins to closing and they informed us the kitchen is closed as they close in ten minutes. Could only get drinks. Disappointed.

The food is good, when they have it in stock to make what you order. The staff mostly seem to still be in training on some aspects like balancing walking and drive thru order times. Location is convenient while I'm staying at the nearby motel. It would be nice if they could do room service to the motel.
